Four Points by Sheraton Midtown - Times Square    

Well located close to Times Square, small room but functional and comfortable. Helpfull staff.

The room was very small. Our room attendant dumped our pijamas over the bed with CERO thoughtfulness the first 2 days so we decided not to bother her and keep them in a drawer. We saw her once and indeed was a bit rude when asked for a few stuff. The rest of the staff though was very polite and helpfull.

Good mid-town location in Manhattan. Close to Penn Station, Madison Square Garden (MSG), Times Square and the Empire State Building. Close to 42st/Times Square subway. Clean modern rooms with good customer service. Good room service breakfast and free bottled water in the room. Free and fast wifi. Many places to eat nearby.

The price is high but that is normal for NYC, plus I booked the room late and it was high season (May).

We really liked the location. It's very close to Times Square and to all other shops which you might be interested in. The service was excellent and the staff were all very helpful and exude no signs of irritation on our inquiries and requests.

The rate is not budget friendly. But of course, we understand because it's within the vicinity of Times Square.

Location was good, central.

The hotel common spaces were filthy. The floors were filthy, the room felt like a hospital room. Wouldn't stay here again.

Time of buffet breakfast. It starts 7:30, it should be started earlier.

Accommodating for early check in, I really appreciated that! And they were very friendly.

The area outside, was a bit dirty but I guess that's New York.

Great location, walking distance to Midtown's attractions. Complementary coffee and hot chocolate were welcome. Staff was extremely helpful.

Pricey for small room and basic amenities. Breakfast should be included. Sky Bar (next door) sounded great, but was of course not accessible for children.

Great location 2 blocks to Times Square. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Nothing worth mentioning

The staff was very friendly and always greeted us with a smile and "hello" or "welcome back". They were also very helpful with which subways to take to certain locations. The hotel is very close to Times Square and the Subway. Also, close walking distances to most major sight seeing places in Manhattan. Awesome stay!!!

The rooms were a little small but we only needed a place to sleep. We were constantly on the move outside the hotel all over nyc. Not really a big deal. I would stay here again!!

Localisation and beds.

Don't clean the dust in room.

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Everything was kept very clean, and the location was perfect.

Neighbourhood for 1/2 block from hotel to 8th was a bit dicey, but we didn't have any trouble whatsoever. The rooftop lounge was a bit overstated. It was actually in the hotel next door, but guests of the Sheraton could access it, but only during specific hours.

Location was good - staff was very friendly and helpful.

Feather pillows

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the proximity to the restaurants and bars.

I didn't like that there were blinds only covering a portion of the window, making it very bright and hard to sleep in the morning. Also, room service took a little too long, just for a small pot of coffee.

everything! the hotel was in a great location, so close to times square, but not too close that its too noisy. The staff were exceptional, I arrived early o drop off my luggage and I was told my room was ready to check in then, and they allowed me to check out later, for no extra cost.
