Despite of being in the middle ot the downtown, the Location is too confusing for 1st time visitors. Should provide some indication on the roads.
Great staff, very clean.
Noisy room overlooking the street & not the nicest part of 9th avenue but still a good location.
Everything was great. They should just add more pillows to the bed.
Staff Location Bed
nice people recieptions are helpful good quality near to times square free internet
Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, a good size, and comfortable, the bed was wonderful, and the amenities in the room were very good. The air conditioning, which you need in NYC in August, was very effective.
Could have had better vending machine facilities and perhaps a mini fridge in the room. I wouldn't have minded more cable channels for the odd times I was in the room.
Service staff ++++ Beds ++++ Bathroom +++ Complimentary Weds Dinner++++ Location: walk to theater district, subways, cafes/delis++++
Nothing to complain about.
The staff is kind and helpful. Always have a courtesy for the traveller. Specially Sarah and other employees at the frontdesk.

Friendly, helpful staff.
We stayed in room 1206 and it always had an oder of mildew and moisture.
* closeness to Penn Station to catch Amtrak train to/from Newark airport * closeness to Times Square attractions, subway station * the staff (esp. Ariel at the front desk) were really welcoming & helpful in suggesting nearby good restaurants.
* one of the two beds were way too soft.
I loved the staff hospitality. The lady at reception was great and most helpful. Anthony the Barman was also very friendly and welcoming.
The noise on the lower floors. Rooms too tiny for comfort. No shower gel in room 903 on 31st night.
Location was good.
It needed a renovating, it looked tired , old and dirty.
located next to a central station.. very noisy rooms, especially for the first 10 floors
The staff was amazing, especially Ariel at the front desk! She helped us with whatever we needed and gave us some great advise on what to do while we were there! The hotel was only a block away from most of the action of Time Square! It was very comfortable! We would stay at this same location and would go to a Four Points again anytime I travel! Such a great experience!
Location -- convenient to places of interest; subway accessibility; walking distance to restaurants; parks; theaters, etc. Quietness and cleanliness Courtesy of staff
The face bowl, and the manner in which the water splattered when the water was turned on. Note: (could be easily adjusted)
The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. We were very touched when we found a lovely hand written note welcoming us to New York with a statue of liberty gift, as this was our first visit to this lovely city. The rooms were clean and modern. We were offered cupcakes at reception on arrival and water for our journey on departure. These important little touches really made our stay extra special. We will be back!!
We can't fault this hotel
I booked two king suites on the highest floor for a bachelor party. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for the price. The staff was super nice and treated the bachelor and the party really well. They gave us free drink tickets and were super accomdating. They next day we were also able to hold our bags till we left the city. Overall this is a great hotel and I recommend it to anyone. It's also really close to Times Square.
The staff was friendly. Free BBQ and drinks on Wednesday
Son had issue getting onto the internet but after calling help line it was fixed
