the location is goood. It's close by to all landmarks and tourist attractions.
The room size is too small for 4 people for 2 double beds and the price is too much for small room. Was expecting big room as it accomdates 4 people in the room
The staff were super excellent and courteous. Must commend Kathia especially for her wonderful manners. Coming back to the city that never sleeps soon and sure gonna be in Four Points. Told my friends too and they are all super excited. Lovely city view from my room too. It's a 10/10!!
- Location was fantastic. Right by Times Square but not right in the middle of it which is a good thing - Comfortable bed
- Room was very small - Hotel look and feel a bit dated - Can be very noisy some nights and makes it hard to sleep
Friendly, Helpful Staff
Needs a renovation
I could have paid $580.00 for two nights at a 5 star else where.
one of the elevators was not working and it took a long time for service
I liked the hotel's location in relation to Times Square and more importantly, it was directly across the street from the Port Authority. I enjoyed my city view and it's proximity to the roof top club. They made good use of the limited amount of space available.
Friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mr Mon and Ms Katrine for thier wonderful service, as well as the restaurant staff and house keeping team, who have kept my stay at home.
it was a great stay with a very pleasent and helpful staff.
The location and great view. Staff were excellent and very professional.
Price and food prices in the hotel
Bed is comfortable. Staff are nice.
My shower was not working. My friend's toilet was not working in another room. Rooms are too small...location is good in terms of proximity to Times Square but the street is noisy and didnt look safe.
A good place to rest after sight seeing all day. Staff is friendly and efficient. Room was very small but clean.
Lots of street noise and unable to run the fan all the time to block out noise.
location, opposite the bus main station.
reception is a bit smallish.
The location only.
Disco downstairs. Several rooms around full of people drinking with music. We couldn't sleep, had to call reception several ocassions.Staff seemed to be too busy to give you attention when arrival, no welcoming feeling at all which isn't good for the price that you paid. I'm glad that we stayed only one night. After complaining about the night, they offered complimentary breakfast but we stayed for one night and we couldn't sleep, so the breakfast didn't sort out much
room is too small not good value for your money did not re stock our bathroom towels, face cloths and toilet paper
Interiors old, fixtures dated, noisy air conditioning, no fridge in room, small lobby
Excellent location. Comfortable room, with a soft and fluffy bed!
Breakfast should be included
Staff is very helpful and friendly, they made our trip great. .. Close to times square..
I didn't like that the bathroom door had a frosted glass and people sitting in the room while you were in there could see through the bathroom door because of the mirror doors on closet.. not private especially a mother travelling with teenage sons.. also if in ads the selling feature is a rooftop bar then it would have been nice to have the roof open to enjoy the view and maybe throw in that's there's a dress code just so people know.
Despite of being in the middle ot the downtown, the Location is too confusing for 1st time visitors. Should provide some indication on the roads.
Great staff, very clean.
Noisy room overlooking the street & not the nicest part of 9th avenue but still a good location.
Location was perfect - two blocks from Times Square area with easy subway access. The rooms were small, but our group of four adult females made out fine with the space available. The free Wi-Fi and water each day were great. All in all - a good experience.
Bartender was less than pleasant. She rolled her eyes when I asked for a glass for my beer. She asked my 3 friends if they were SPG members and gave them a discount on their purchase. They told them I was the member (I had ordered and paid first), but I received no discount. Cupcakes were not available everyday as promised. We reserved a car for return to airport. The arrival time was a half hour later than it was supposed to be. We had to take a taxi instead to make our flight. Most of these things are trivial, but added together, can leave a bad taste in one's mouth.
Everything was great. They should just add more pillows to the bed.
Staff Location Bed
Everything about this hotel waa great. Staff could not do enough for you. Rooms were lovely and maid service daily. Really appreciated the bottles of water provided daily. Would recommend to anyone
Only issue I had was that when paying at check in they held over an extra 600 dollars in case of damages which I am still waiting to get freed up on my card.
