Comfortable beds and friendly staff
The pool made me breakout in hives and the rugs was dirty.
Bed was good
Clean environment and good restaurant
We lived the friendliness of the staff from the moment we walked in
One of the lower-priced hotels in Philadelphia, adequate accommodations for budget travelers. Good hotel bar and exercise facilities. Good wireless internet access.
Excessive parking charges not listed in hotel description at time of booking. Overpriced food and limited restaurant hours (no lunch service, for example). Maintenance staff was unresponsive to simple requests.
hotel was not clean enough the bed sheets were very dirty, with red stains and bed bug remains. also the pool was very dirty and filled with leaves, and was not cleaned out until i brought it to staff attention that me and my children wanted to go swimming, and this was at 6pm and the pool closed at 8 or 9pm. also vehicle damaged on hotel property. and its park at your own risk when staying there as if you had anywhere else to park to keep your vehicle from becoming damaged.
Too noisy. Could hear next door occupant and hallway passers by
Closeness to airport, generally an ok hotel for one night
Facilities not very modern, i.e. Did not like the carpet in the rooms
It was easy to travel and distance .was local outside of city.it takes about twenthy mins over bridge .
I did like thee view. My first night was nt good the secound they corrrect the promblem. And no fridge an. The set up bathroom wise i. did care for also the gate using system needs fixin on exiting the gate.
Paying for parking, that was crazy to me. Never heard of such a thing.
The security of the hotel was poor as thete wad incident on the4th floor whoch lasted ay least 1 jpur after I notified the staff.
The location was easy to get to from airport. The rooms were nice and the beds were really great. The staff at check in were pleasant and helpful.
The am staff weren't that friendly or helpful when I checked out.
Staff was helpful and polite
Room had a piece of wood covering up a hole in the wall that made noise when air conditioner was on.
We liked the very friendly waiter named Reggie. The room was clean and the location close to the airport convenient.
The bed was too soft.
proximity to Philadelphia airport
Hard floor in front of sink was dirty and sticky. Air conditioner was so loud as to make it almost impossible to sleep.
No pags courier No Freg. in the room expencive parking charge Isolated from the city leaking A/C
Upon arrival two lights were out in my room. I called the front desk and someone came right up to fix the one standing light. He wasn't able to fix the table lamp because something about it being connected behind the bed. That was okay with me, the other lights were enough for my short stay. I was impressed with how quickly he responded and his professional manner.
There was hair in the bathtub. I would have preferred that this be completely cleaned out before. Also, I had to leave for the airport at 4:30am. My car was parked in the lot not too far from the entrance. However, I did not feel safe walking to my car at all. The parking lot is not well lit at all. It's not a lot I'd want to park in again.
I went with courtesy shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They also arranged for me transport to Philadelphia downtown. Friendly stuff.
Expensive long distance phone calls - for 2 minutes I paid 12 dollars.
close to office
getting to the hotel, hard to figure out where entrance to hotel was located. Gate to enter the grounds was confusing. Took over 10 minutes to get out through the gates because a car in front of us could not figure out how /what to do to get the gate to open up. Has to be a better way. Only way the guy in front of the line got out was because two other drivers in front of me got upset waiting for this guy up front to read and try to figure out what to do. Big PAIN.
Staff were friendly and responsive.
Hotel accommodations were worn. Carpet in rooms and hallways worn.
They cleaned all my staff before I check out, and didn't apologise. Never stay in Four Points again.
the location and the front desk staff.
the room layout, the restaurant and the food was below standard. Room looked a bit too spartan and dated. Telephone boxes were abysmal. Several dropped calls because of touching cables in the phone box.
