The bed was comfortable. The am waiter Reggie was great. One shining light in my visit.
The hotel room I stayed in looked a bit worn. One of the two elevators had problems remembering what floor to go to once the floor button was pushed. Paying to park your vehicle $12 a night did not make me smile. It has to be about the money! I'm sure this will not change. The dollar wins again not the customer!
Tooth Paste on wall by sink from who ever was in room before us. Oh and lets not forget they Charge you extra to park in their lot.
This Place sucked from the go. We walked in and all of a sudden they did not have the room size we booked. They did not offer any discount or even a apology just a different down graded room that was not even cleaned proper. They charged Xtra to park in the lot. And the Front desk night help was very rude even though me and GF stayed polite entire time. That and the smell of Pot from room next to ours coming through wall and adjoining door the first night we got to hotel. Very disappointed would recommend you stay someplace that does not screw you and has clean rooms with no toothpaste spatter on wall.
I came in and was immediately greeted and hotel policies were explained upfront including parking costs. The lobby area was clean and well lit and nicely furnished. There was a bar and restaurant for patrons to use or you could have room service. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it looked luxurious. Very good for the price I will stay again.

Elevator wasn't working properly our room was on 4th floor and elevator kept stopping at 2nd floor and going back to lobby - took 4 tries to get to our room

Cleaning staff never cleaned our room. Elevators had issues, they sometimes never went to the floor requested.

Room was high to begin with plus tax plus parking was very high plus a no hot water issue... Way too airport traveler oriented.

The air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy, impossible to open the window. The ventilator in the restroom was out of order. No safe in the room. The restroom is divided: in one room there was toilet and hub; the basin was outside. One of the ladies at the frontdesk should go to good manner school.
Room was quiet and close to elevator, and also near vending and ice machine. Coffee maker in room and free coffee in lobby in the morning. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean over all. Price was decent, despite small room size. Would have been good for a couple alone, or with a couple small children.
The beds were a bit hard. The room for 5 adult sized people was smaller than another hotel room we stayed at sized for 4 people. Sleeping options for the 5th person was a recliner, or the floor. Pet fee wasn't included in room price, was added at check-in. Parking was confusing when first arriving. Looked like a pay lot, later found out parking was included and used your room key.

Check-in was not made simple. They should inform potential customers they will need a credit card upon arrival to pre-authorize 50.00 in case there was damage done to the room. Room was already paid for but these hidden fees were not noted. Had to wait in the lobby for quite some time before the manager came and offered to take 50.00 in cash to hold til we checked out the next day. Also, You have to pay to park here. Definitely not a 4 star hotel here but their staff acts like it is. It was a place to sleep, that's it..Not that friendly..

People were EXCELLENT! Took good care of us and helped whenever possible. Arranged an early morning shuttle for me to HUP which really help make things a lot smoother.
Ceiling leaked on the days it rained, three of them, couch was dirty, something had spilled on it and not taken care of, shower was hard to use, water went all over the floor, hose to the shower head was broken, sprayed water everywhere, no place to set anything in bathroom, had to bring a night stand to us, TV with intermittent....all little things, but they added up...oh ya, had a message on my phone, talked to four people at the front desk, none of them could tell me how to review it....
