Score from 273 reviews Very good
The room was nice The bath in the room was Awesome but the all night pool across the hall was not pleasant they should close the pool at decent time and NOT put a bunch of kids over an older couple all I heard was stomping of feet half the night and then the pool the other half
Cleanliness, bedding, room decor
The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious.
My son and I went to use the pool around 8 am. All the towels were sopping wet and scattered on the ground around the pool a area. There were also empty alcohol bottles everywhere. Someone had clearly used the pool for a party the night before and staff had not cleaned in the pool area since.
Car Parking, clean,
Its location!! Far away from Portland downtown. Do not book it if you do not have a car.
Chris behind the counter was great in helping me out.
I've had nicer quieter rooms for well less.
Room smelled clean, wi-fi was fast and the pool area was open 24/7 that was cool
Fan in bathroom didn't work. The door handle on our room door was kind of broken
The price was outrageous for what we received. The pool was broken and had been for some time, the name is deceiving it's in Gresham. There's nothing close to this hotel. The grounds were filthy as was the entry. There's a continental breakfast with no attendant. The walls are paper thin and the beds are awful. The whole place is a wreck. The Wi Fi is slow and continually kicks you off. Extremely dissapointed:(
Large room layout Work facilities
Poor quality linen
Room size and amenities
Staff often not present and when present unhelpful Food at restaurant pricey and bad Fitness center poorly appointed
It was available and there was a bar and eatery attached.
Price, with tax nearly $300 for one night. I arrived to be told that the blackout blind in the room wasn't working but that was OK as it would keep the sunlight out and therefore keep the room cool - It did have aircon. My room was opposite the pool which is open 24/7 with the associated noise. Having spent a number of nights in another hotel in the Pearl district of Portland and paid $70 per night less for a better standard of hotel in a better location just re-enforced my opinion that the Four points is overpriced
Horrible!!! The pool and Jacuzzi had a huge scum ring around the tile, had not been cleaned for who knows how long and Jacuzzi was dirty and stunk. The air conditioner in the room did not work and lost a nights sleep over it. This hotel is definitely way overpriced and I would know because I have traveled around the world. I wish to renounce my membership of this horrible hotel chain.
the continental breakfast was that in name only. The area was too small and the breakfast selection was lacking. I felt like we were being pushed to eat at the on-site restaurant. Accurate I think
We checked in around 9pm. Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and very clean. We will return
Everything was an extra charge
It was a big room
Had a room that was right next to a busy street. Several of the guest on my floor I'm assuming had a little to much to drink. Kept trying to open my door and were extremely loud. I order room service order the steak and lobster steak and lobster were both cold ordered shrimp cocktail and it was warm. I was very disappointed.
I liked the size for the money, cleanliness, location.
