Clean, big and nice room with free wifi. Helpful staff. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Very nice restaurant with really good food both for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It would have been nice if breakfast was included.

Friendly staff when huge line at the front. Front entrance was nice. Pool and workout room were nice. Two outlets did not work in room; one in bathroom, one by window (which my cell phone was plugged into all night and didnt get charged). The curtains let in so much light. We are from ca and were still on ca time in the morning! We went to other Sheraton near airport; a small note when booking warning of this would be nice. We paid just $20 less here than St John's and there is a huge difference in the value!

It is a very tired hotel in need of an upgrade in the quality of the facilities. I stayed at a later date in a nearby competitors hotel at a lesser cost, higher quality of room, greater overall comfort and much more friendly and helpful staff. I had dinner at the Four Seasons and was disappointed with the number of items on the menu that were not available and the staff treated the problem in a rather cavalier and humorous manner, as if it was an every day occurence. Sheraton had better send an inspector in to check on whether this place meets their standards. I will not make any future reservation with the Sheraton chain.
