The hotels promotes recycling. Rooms cleaned and restocked everyday. We did not have to ask for anything.

Free wifi, they didn't charge me a cent extra for checking out past the check-out time and were totally gracious and friendly when I called asking for a check-out-time extention, every staff member I came in contact with during my stay was so lovely and hospitable and pleasant, comfy beds, clean facilities, easiest room key system ever (the "wave your room's keycard in front of the lock" system instead of the "swipe/insert your key in the lock repeatedly and hopefully it'll eventually unlock" system)

Having to manually log back in and accept the hotel's wifi agreement every time I reconnected to the Internet was kind of annoying, and the hotel restaurant/room service was (a) absurdly overpriced (but that's really no different from every other hotel restaurant in the world) and (b) they were closed every time I felt lazy enough to ignore/justify the price hike and just order their food anyway.

the bed was very comfortable and the suite spacious. Location was great. Good coffee in the lobby.

Not enough front desk staff with the hotel being busy 12-26 to 12-29. Dirty Microwave in room. Coffee cups seemed dirty or used too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was not only clean but in very good repair. As far as the stay is concerned we enjoyed ourselves and appreciate the way we were treated.

The restaurant was bad...the food had good taste but out of the four times we ate there, the food was cold all four times when we received it and the coffee was barely lukewarm. The breakfast buffet was not properly attended to. The eggs were hard and dry and even the pastries were dry.

Location was the reason I chose to stay there because of it's close proximity to the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the decor of the lobby area. I was even more surprised to see that it was a Starwoods property of which I am a member. Then to top it off, I really liked the design of the room and comfort of the bed. Overall, a very pleasant stay at a great facility.

All was great except for food Your chef doesnt have his heart in his cooking and you were out of a lot of things I own my own bar and restaurant Always a happy chef makes awesome food Other than that your place was outstanding

El personal de la recepcion, aunque es muy amable, se le ve con poca experiencia y nadie en la recepcion habla español, situacion muy cuestionable sobre todo porque San Antonio recibe a una gran cantidad de turistas mexicanos

Me encanto por que el personal es muy calido y muy servicial, siempre estan al pendiente de si nos falta algo, ademas esta muy bien ubicado y puedes movilizarte muy facilmente
