I wanted to use the pool at 21:15 after a whole day visiting the city and the pool was closed, being the closing time at 22:00. After complaining they said it was due to maintenance but there was nobody there, just closed. No business center available for free internet connection |

Room was very clean, great to have a fridge and it was very comfortable.
The cost of the use of internet - way too high.

it was located nicely on on a bus route and close to teh subway and the national mall the pool area was filled and small noisey and smelled strong of chemicals |

I arrived 3am after various delayed/cancelled flights, they couldn't find my booking. Told me I would have to pay twice as much & would need to check out next morning as no rooms available the next night. The following morning after having to get up early (after having travelled 50hr) and check out, they finally found my booking. Neglected to clean room one day. |

Beds were confortable. In house restaurant was good and convernient. Hotel was adequate, but cost was too high for what is included. Staff was fine, but didn't speak english well enough to understand requests that were made. Staff wasn't helpful in arranging plans for seeing DC. |
