The staff in the front office were extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is excellently located in Washington DC, and helped me cover most of the places that I wanted to see in DC with great ease!! The room was very comfortable and clean!! |

Location excellent for my purposes. Room well furnished, free wired internet connection worked immediately without having to call tech support, mattress was very good. Special compliments to my front desk receptionist, she was genuine, friendly, timely, informative and thourough without the tedious overlay of corporate branding formulaics: a best-practice representative (Sara, I believe)! Anyone speaking in the hallway was easily heard in the room. There was a certain smell of "old room" about the space even though linens, curtains, etc., were of recent acquisition; may have been due to smoking from previous times. |

Friendly Staff There was no parking available. I was told to park at the embassy suite, 4 blocks out - but that was full too. I ended up in a public parking 6 blocks away with no access to the car. (every entry was $15) |

Location for meeting at convention centre was perfect. Also within walking distance to the major sites in the centre of the city. Just perfect. The Capitol Grille was wonderful. We had a very difficult time understanding the gentleman who helped plan tours, etc. He recommended a trolley tour which was very hard to navigate and the only way to pay was cash. This smacks of a kickback. |

The location of this hotel was excellent- the Circulator bus-stops were located right outside the hotel. The hotel restaurant offered great food at reasonable prices- especially the daily weekday specials. |

Location is ideal for visiting Washington attractions. Hotel is at best a 3 star hotel and not value for money. Internal rooms are dark and dingy and only have a view of the hotel aircondititoner. A very disappointing Sheraton. |

It was reasonably comfortable, apart from the ice making machine on the corridor which made enough noise all night to drown out the police cars etc Reception Staff need an injection of personality and manners |

I was pleased with the location of the hotel, it was within comfortable walking distance to the Verizon Center where I was at a conference. Well the room itself wasn't bad at all. The bathroom was cramped but it served it's purpose. I was not happy with the outrageous parking fees of $35 a day to park at a hotel that you had already paid to stay at. The cleanliness was advertised as being detailed and daily (especially the bedding) but upon check-in my room mate found a used bandaid in her bed, which would make me assume they did not change the bedding. The food was extremely expensive, and paid $20 for a pizza the size of my hand and half as thin. |

We loved the access to vital tour points of the Nation's Capitol, the comfort and decorum of the room and the price paid via Booking.com. The staff was gracious and professional. Limited access to ice machines and vending options. Parking is a bear on Saturday evenings in the vicinity of the hotel. |

Excellent location - it is within walking distance of all sightseeing monuments and 5 min from the Metro Center - where 3 metro lines cross (Red, Blue, Orange). Perfect for business and tourist trips. There is a Starbucks by the Metro Station, however I recommend the American breakfast served in your room. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in - would buy one for home! The size of the swimming pool - on the picture it looks double the size; in effect it is a paddle. It is fine for kids. |
