Courtoisie du personnel, propreté des chambres, accès à une salle à manger à même l'hotel. Rien n"indiquait lors de la réservation qu'il y avait des frais de 40$ us à débourser pour laisser notre véhicule au stationnement de l'hotel... Ca fait cher la nuit... Voire même indécent... L'hotêl pourrait afficher ce 'frais caché" dans son offre..... Mais ce que nous n'avons vraiment pas aimé du tout c'est que nous croyons avoir été "arnaqué" par votre offre internet. |

Proximité du centre des congrès, rue calme, personnel affable. Le prix du petit dejeuner "de base" indiqué sur le prospectus de l'hotel a 9$ n'a pas été respecté, sans explication le buffet a été facturé 14$ par personne. Par ailleurs la carte du restaurant est inexorablement la même, de qualité et de prix corrects certes, mais un peu de diversité ou un plat du jour serait bienvenu pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. |

We loved the access to vital tour points of the Nation's Capitol, the comfort and decorum of the room and the price paid via Booking.com. The staff was gracious and professional. Limited access to ice machines and vending options. Parking is a bear on Saturday evenings in the vicinity of the hotel. |

Excellent location - it is within walking distance of all sightseeing monuments and 5 min from the Metro Center - where 3 metro lines cross (Red, Blue, Orange). Perfect for business and tourist trips.There is a Starbucks by the Metro Station, however I recommend the American breakfast served in your room. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in - would buy one for home! The size of the swimming pool - on the picture it looks double the size; in effect it is a paddle. It is fine for kids. |

the food is too much money.. and the parking prices for guest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg!!! $70 for two nights and on top of that im paying to sleep here. why cant it be free parkimng for all guest and you pay for the valet parking. i was really disappointed |

that they accommodated me with the price fro myou even though they NEVER had us on file booking through you. the indoor pool was the biggest reason we stayed there. Not worth the money. Can't imagine spending full price for the tiny unkempt room we got facing the alley... |
