Out of date rooms,,,, you need to remodel I felt like I was in the 7o's still
The staff. Restaurant breakfast was good.
Noisy, they put earplugs in the bathroom if that tells you anything.
The location was good the restaurant was excellent and the casino was great
The noise level in the room coming from Fremont street was awful but they did move us to the other side of the building and that was much better!
Tub tap running called 4 times and was never repaired. Ever left note for manager.
Check in was prompt. Room was clean. Gaming floor was good.. Staff was very nice.
Not all staff was in uniform. Food was not very good. We were not checked out. Went to breakfast and when we came back to our room they were cleaning it. Not happy with that.
I DONT LIKE THAT FOUR QUEENS DOES NOT OFFER FREE WIFI
Chicago Restuarant great staff, beer and food.
thin walls very noisy, the first night the heater would not shut off and we could not open the window due to the noise from fremont street. The staff was able to get the heater shut off the second night, but we never could get any hot water for the showers.
The Hotel was close to everything at the Fremont Experience, Santa Claus Run, Lady Antebellum Concert etc., The Dining Options in the Hotel were great and we were seated in a short time since the place was crowded with people, this weekend was also the National Finals Rodeo.
Parking when you check in., but your staff was helpful in suggesting to valet park during our stay. There is no real complaints your staff was very knowledgeable and able to avoid any problems.
location, service good
slots awful tight ,I'm not very lucky but on the serious side, some of the street freeks were discusting, man with g string and butt cheeks, nuns showing breasts. Very poor taste, should expect at Marti Gras, not Fremont st. THX
The more traditional style of the casino, the fact it opens right on to Fremont St., parking is easy and close, weekday rates are VERY affordable.
Room comfortable and clean. This is my sixth time to stay in this hotel/casino. Will book again next time.
Loud music from the street especially if you retire early.low
The location is great
Liked convenience of parking and food service.
did not like paying for Wi-Fi when I could walk to Starbucks & get it free. So did not use coffee service at hotel.
Coffee in room Convience of location to enjoy activities. Staff was helpful on actives of interest .
One evening we played slots and no wattress was to be found? We went green and do not recall receiving the prime rib dinner but were told we used it?( never even ate prime rib) durning our stay!?
The location are very good tank very much see on next time.bay...
Put more atention on equipment bathroon.tt
Pipes rattling, pillows cheap, loud slamming doors, a/c didn't work first night was 83 degrees in room
It was located right in the center of the Fremont area.
The bed was very hard and had a hole or bad springs.
Hotel is located just in a center of fermont street, which is downtown of LV (NOT a STRIP where all the fancy hotels are) but it's still great, just make sure you don't get room facing a street, because life and noise here never ends...value for money is great, rooms are basic but clean, location is good, casino is always busy, magnolia restaurant is cheap and has a great food, chicago micro brewery offers a great draught beer...We paid 240 usd for a five night - which was a great deal, also this hotel don't have a hidden RESORT FEE,which most of the hotel do,also a parking for 3 usd/night is also great...
Price! Nice friendly reception=which is not often the case in Las Vegas Good firm bed Enough spacious room Bathtub=OK size and no bad
NO fridge and ice server is not loacted in each floors
Great location. Close to transportation center (local buses) and Greyhound Bus depot.
Nothing--my stay was great.
the room was very hot the thermostat did not work… we had to open the window to get cool air and it was so loud out side we were not able to sleep it was room 1808 the next day we asked to be moved we were set to room 743 much better.. the the trip was ruined due to no sleep the night before.. i plan on telling my whole family this holiday season never go to the 4 QUEENS….
-ROOM CARPET TOO DERTY. -HEATING SYSTIM NOT WORKING WELL WITH LOUD NOISES. BATHROOM NEED TO BE REPAIRED WITH SEAT CHANGE.
