The water went out for half a day, pool hours, the buffet is a little lacking.

The activities on Fremont St and the visual circus you can enjoy from a room fronting Fremont. We enjoy the 4th or 5th floors midway if possible Your staff are the best at every level. Friendly people make the place. It goes a long way

The bathrooms suck in every way. The showers are terrible. Hello??!! Hot water would be nice.

Maid not having a key to our room and wanted to be let in. Room was clean but had room for improvement.

Had problems with our rooms, there was no fan it the bathroom, when we got checked in we had a lady teller who would not help our group get rooms on the same floor, but then we had a gentleman(Ramon) who was able to find us rooms all on the same floor, second we had paid for our rooms at 4 queens through you and when we got there we were told that we were only charged for 1day for each room on our cc we received a charge on our cc when we booked showing the balance was paid in full for the 2rooms that we book 166.00 each totaling 332.00 so know we have to call and find out what happened, not to happy abut that.

The room they gave me was not clean all dirty towels, trash from last guests were in The shower tub, after I called to reported they told me that someone was going to clean it but they never did about one thirty in the morning they gave me another room but the first set of keys didn't work

The fact that I had to pay for parking kind of irked me. I never have had any casino in Las Vegas do that. Guests of the casino should not have to pay to park. I feel this is misrepresentation of the advertised price for the room.

The location and the staff.

The room could be cleaner. I found a long hair on one of my clean towels and I have a buzz cut.

the beautiful flickering lights, the entertainment, near the hotel in fremontstreet. staff was very friendly.

Do no recomend purchase the offerd breakfest ! The restaurant Magnolia's is not very good. You can find better deals at the opposit casino.

The location is great. The food was very good and affordable. I always stay at the Four Queens. I am never disappointed.

The location on Fremont Street. There was a party going on there all the time with people having good old FUN!

The cigarette smoke in the public areas. i.e. the Casino. Don't know how the strip casinos do it, but they manage to keep the smoke level down.
