music to loud and some areas to smokey
Needs to be updated some. And the weekend we were there the price for a room was triple what it was the week before and the week after.
the toilet had issues. with tank cover on flapper couldn't rise up enough to flush also freemont street party was much too late, it was well after 2 am before noise stopped so we could sleep
the casino & restaurant were good
I had no bad experiences at all.
Everyone was very polite and helpful
too much noisy from the 19:00 PM ~ 2 :00AM for singing, dancing and band performance
location is good to access premium outlet
Slow...non working elevators on the north tower...(.tip )jump on the service elevator if waiting 15 to 20 mins for an elevator isn't your idea of how to spend and evening
Right on freemont street with all that goes on there..its kinda like seaside heights nj.
Fremont st has gone downhill.. No longer seemed like a family spot...Hotel allowed people from the strip into the casino to hassle patrons for $$$ will not stay here again... Although the bed was the best
Great value, but be aware that it's right on top of the Fremont Street Experience so expect a lot of noise till at least midnight. There are ear plugs provided in the room for a reason!
TV didn't work, alarm clock didn't work. Had security call us and accuse us of calling housekeeping and "cussing out the operator" when we did not call anyone. I booked a non smoking room and ended up in a smoking room that smell horrid.
Our room was above Fremont Experience and it was LOUD until early hours :-((
Hotel Air conditioning in the room was not working. Had to call maintenance twice.
Timely response of maintenance staff to repair air conditioning.
I was very disappointed in the appearance of the hotel. The carpet in the hallways was rippled and coming up. It looks very run down and out dated. The bathroom and tub were tiny and the shower had very little pressure.
It's right on Fremont Street and that's where the party is. If you like that, you'll love this location.
Pillows, tight slot machines and of course too much smoke in the casino.
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
As a non smoker the room had the stale cigarette smell.
Mongolia restaurant was excellent. We received a coupon book when we checked in for 2 for 1 dinner and with our players club card we had prime rib every night for very reasonable price. I highly recommend it. Yum!!
Rooms could use an update. Booked a room for a 4 night stay and asked if I could be moved on the first night. Room was small and on the 4th floor with nothing to look at but a wall. After I was moved the next morning, I was pleased. Thank You for moving me. I couldn't stand being in that room for 4 days.
The location of the hotel is in the heart of downtown area. Parking was easy and check in was quick. Enjoyed my stay here. I've booked here 4 other times. Theirs no other bigger bang for your buck than this hotel.
Shower wasn't goid. Bad water flow
Was offered a free upgrade, but hotel is very old. Needs some remodeling
Pit bosses should take lesson from the housekeepers on customer relations.
Quick check in and quick checkout. Housekeepers friendly and attentive.
The WIFI must be paid for - expensive.
theres a reason they leave ear plugs in the room for you
convinent to freemont st
conversation my son in law was having with reception was clear to him but not to me because I went the reception and asked about transaction being made in my daughter's Card wasn't cleared attitude was given to me. I called my son in law again explain to what they just told I'm pretty sure my son in law called three times for the same misunderstanding.
There was a lot of misunderstanding. I had to call my daughter to confirm the situation I didn't understand. luckly my son in law got the information I needed to relax
Over payment on room and extra charges. I did contact my bank.
The room werever there was carpeting was very very dirty, along the edges of the walls where the carpeting met the walls it was white with dust, looked like months of dust, there was even white dust between the night stand and beds, come on how much does it take to move the night stand and vaccum. This hotel was very noisey from the street noise, our room was even located on the backside of property.
Bathroom was clean with nice fresh towels daily, coffee provided, but no tea, not everybody drinks coffee.
