Bed was incredibly comfortable, soft cotton sheets and perfect support, great pillows huge TV. Staff were fantastic. Felt very pampered and cared for.
Fitness facilities had only two showers, not particularly nice either. Needs updating.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The staff are the BEST we've encountered in any of the luxury hotels we have experienced and made our stay extraordinary. The Spa is fabulous!!! The restaurant --GREAT! The pastry chef was wonderful. So many great things to say!!!
Very impressed with the attention given by valet and front desk reception. All was perfect--from the facility and location itself as well as the staff.
The staff was impeccable
Both meals we adults had -dinner and breakfast were sub Four Seasons' standards. The ceaser salads were bland, the pasta was very much over cooked, and the soft boiled eggs were arrived hard boiled
The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The rooms are so comfortable, we got the best night's rest. When working out at the clean gym, the staff handed us water bottles just to add a personal touch of hospitality. Also, the value for our room was unreal. Will definately be coming back anytime we visit the great city of Atlanta.
The only issue we had was renting a car. We should of had four seasons set up the reservation. Unfortunately hertz didnt fulfill our reservation and on the day of there were no more rentals. Four Season's concierge did their best to try last minute to get a rental car.

Didn't like having my credit card billed an additional $200.00 per day for those "just in case" charges without notifying me first. I was refunded it all at the end of my stay. .. but, guest should be told first
Location, architecture, spa facilities, all the staff, cleanliness and comfort. City night views of illuminated buildings are amazing.

It was my first visit to USA, so was supprised, with additional +18% to mentioned price. That are US-taxes...
The staff were excellent. They couldn't do enough for us. We were celebrating our 27th wedding nniversary as well as my birthday and they certainally went that extra mile to ensure we had a fantastic time. Words cannot express how we feel and we will certainally be coming back for more!!

One elevator was smelling bad.
The shower in the room that I was checked into was having problems, so they upgraded my room to an even nicer room, with an even bigger bed, and even added a roll-in bed in there for me. The house-keeping was on point. Somehow they read my mind when I needed them in the middle of the day at took care of my room before I even requested it, while I was gone. Staff was excellent...I would live here.
I did not like the first room they put me in mainly because I expected two full size or two queen size beds, and not two twin sized beds. It's just not something i expected for this caliber of hotel and for the price I paid.
charged a $200/night deposit. this was not listed anywhere from booking.com or four seasons' confirmation emails. Did not allow me to order room service on the room unless I paid the deposit. The deposit per night was more than the daily rate of my room. Something was not right. The pool was okay and the location was too quiet.
Sunday brunch is best in Atlanta, not cheap but worth it; location in Midtown excelent; ideal for mature couples or business people, quiet, not crowded.

Attention to detail. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and somehow the staff found out and made a little treat of chocolate covered strawberries with a sweet message, sent to our room. SINCERE THANKS My husband was ill on our 2nd day and again the staff were very considerate and helpful. He has now recovered and we are now enjoying the rest of our stay in Hilton Head SC.
$6 dollars for a boiled egg!!!! Can't believe I had to get a taxi to the nearest pharmacy to collect a prescription for my sick husband.
