Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Good food, relaxing massage. Pure Luxe and worth every dollar.
Noise at the Spa. Didn't like that during my "relaxing" massage.
The general atmosphere
The great staff, the comfort, everything !
Manager was exceptional! Staff was very pleasant Elevators were fast - little wait time View of park was beautiful
No air in the bedroom - window/fan No fan in the bathroom Only one hook in the bathroom to hand bathrobes VERY hard to book the shuttle Dining Room very noisy
The welcome, the ambience, comfort, friendly helpful staff at all levels and the lovely flowers.
Room 405 - Tight water valve in shower. The over casual dress of some male guests (not your fault). Excessive noise in the restaurant (perhaps that is just us getting old).
Loved the Women behind the Front Desk; approachable, friendly, knowledgeable ! The men were less so. The Black gentleman behind the podium @ the Restaurant was NOT friendly and not accommodating/rather looked down his nose @ guests(us, anyway).
I would add two more chairs in the Lobby area across from the lux sofa under the stunning Protrait. I would add more Croissants & add Fruit to the morning table next to the entrance to the Restaurant. I would remove the huge flower stand "thingy" in front of the elevators and put a really grand round table filled w/ same color flowers/less hardscape, more nature!!!!
Wonderful service, I had a complicated booking which I needed to change on more than one occasion. The manager on duty and the staff on the front desk were very understanding. They could not have been more helpful.
No window in the bedroom area of my suite
The room was wonderfully appointed and quiet even though it faced Boyelston St. Our view of thePublic Garden made it even more special
The cost of a very modest breakfast was exorbitant, oatmeal was $25. After that, we avoided the restaurant. Too bad because it was more convenient than alternatives.
courtesy and high professionalism of the staff position of the hotel
The staff at the front desk and concierge was delightful-friendly, competent and professional without being stuffy. Our room was a double/ handicap accessible. It was enormous, lovely and very comfortable. We found the hotel on the internet and booked it because it was one of the last rooms available in Boston at the last minute. So glad we discovered it. I can't imagine staying anywhere else on our next trip to Boston.
It is quite expensive.
Style and elegance of the hotel. Staff was very professional and made you feel welcome. Room service was great. Nice workout facility. Not too big, not too small.
The staff was very courteous and professional, and the food was excellent.
Room service was lousy
Big comfortable rooms , great bar and very helpful staff.
Why are they charging 48 dollars plus per head for breakfast when you are paying 500 dollars plus a night for a room?
Stayed for a couple days while touring colleges in the area with my daughter. A great location in Boston central to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The experience from start (somebody waiting for me with the check-in documents) till end at the check-out desk.
That there were no problems!
Fantastic location!! Walk to everything! Complimentary car within 2 miles! Excellent staff! Beautiful hotel! Luxury! Pool and hot tub amazing! Views fantastic! Get a garden view room! We stayed 7th floor was great! There is no rollaway bed charge as noted on this site. Restaurants in walking distance! Fantastic!!!
The staff were freindly. The rooms were very clean and very well kept up.The food was exellent.House car is an excellent idea.
No lobby activity.Because of reconstruction there was a messy look.
Great service and room. No complaints. Kudos to Stephanie in the health club and Alex at the front desk. Also our driver (of the hotel car) was wonderful. We'll be back! Brian Walsh
Beds were too firm. Pillow tops would be an improvement.
