The location was ideal for shopping. The ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. The staff were very proffessional and friendly. Good overall experience. The wind noise was a little distracting.

I regularly stay at four seasons hotels and find the level of service and comfort very high. The Chicago hotel is a little older than others in the group and needs some updating but it felt extremely comfortable and exclusive. The location was perfect and we were upgraded to a corner room which had fabulous views of the lake and Michigan Ave.The staff were helpful and friendly. It could do with some updating in the lobby areas but it is still an excellent hotel in a very central location.

These rooms were really a very good price for a Four Seasons. The Staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. I booked 4 king Suites and the rooms were excellent, spacious, comfortable, clean and with almost all of the amenities needed, . All of the rooms had a great view of the city - beautiful at nights. The bed and pillows were really comfortable and I woke up feeling well rested even though I only got an average of 5 hours sleep each of the 3 nights I stayed.. Lack of electrical outlets (I do find that the placement of electrical outlets was very poor and in fact there was none available in the bedroom and one double outlet which I found on the window sill -was not easily accessible since the desk was directly in front of the window). The TV channels gave some problems- Pricey meals - We had breakfast the first morning and while it was good -not exceptional, we did find it very pricey and opted to eat out for the balance of our stay. No coffee maker in the room.

View Room Poor beds. You would think a Hotel of this quality would have really good beds. Not so. We booked reservations for Brunch, $80.00 per person, and two of us got food poisioning. The food and beverage manager told me I had the flu. I did not have the flu, trust me. Two of us started vomiting almost at the same exact time shortly after brunch.
