Everything!! Friendly, elegant staff, respectful, fun !! Gorgeous grounds, lovely decor
There was nothing not to like !
Lunch by the pool was awesome.
Should have checked in earlier and hung out in the pool if we had more time
location Staff amnesties Aroma Surrounding
I ordered a cheeseburger from room service and while eating it found that the Cheddar Cheese plastic cover was still on, which was alarming and irritating. We returned the burger and, unfortunately, all we got was an apology, which, to be honest, sounded sincere, and the burger removed from our bill (while all other orders were left on).
No coffeemaker even in room, very poor valet and self parking very hard. Would not go back to this facility. Could not get anything to eat on arrival on Christmas Eve
The staff was very friendly and professional. Krisha was really warm and helpful. The room was very clean. The balcony and the view were great.
You had to pay $18.95 / day for the wi-fi that the speed was not high. $41.80 / night parking fee was expensive. The location was not great. It was not a walking distance to Rodeo drive or any other famous spots. In a word I would not want to pay $527 ++ / night to saty here.
Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any needs that we had. Coffee service downstairs had a different treat every morning-all excellent.
No in-room coffee set up. Had to dress, go downstairs and carry coffee to the room.
Everything was great! We were offered a discounted upgrade and took it. Expensive weekend but many extras offered so we were very pleased with all aspects. Very friendly staff in hotel and restaurant.
Carpet in room looked a little worn but can think of any other negatives.
I forget my passport in the safe box and when I contact them they where very helpful and send it to me. I want to thank all the stuff in the hotel and specially Mike Thomas from the security.
Gym Pool Great breakfast and lunch Quiet room - floor 10 The house car!
The food/drinks were very expensive
Staff were generally friendly and the service was good
The hotel building was old the furniture was run down and needed replacment and worse of all is the cost of the hotel car park (42 dollars per night)
The staff were great, the food was great and the band Saturday night were fantastic
Fantastic view from 15th floor! Nice bar and restaurant. Breakfast was excellent! The staff was very helpful, and did send us to good restaurants. The house car included in room price was the icing on the cake. We paid quite a bit, and loved every minute of it :)
The location, clean, staff are high standard of communication, quite and secure
while check in they offered us an upgrade for the room based on deferent payment that was explained like trick !! We we are checking out there wads big amout deducteed from the credit card and reserved extra amount as well they put us in bad sattuation as I need to use my credit for other hotels as well We inform the hotel front desk about what happens they said we can't do any thing Then we talk to the hotel management to solve this problem one lady she was so profusional her name is MRS MESHEL she help us and solve the problem in one day Hope all the staff are like MRS MESHEL

the location the Rolls Royce for free around the hotel for go to shopping or dinner the Concierge was absolutely fantastic the bed
Room maintenance Bathroom
Nice room, cleaning twice a day and spacious bathroom with a TV
Unprofessionalism of some of the staff when i was told I will be contacted or called back for few things and never the call back
Manolo Christ is one of the best managers responsible for guest relations I've ever met. Great job! He's arranged my transfer from LAX and a rental car upon my request just on the fly! I strongly recommend FourSeasons Beverly Hills
I didn't like too many peopple were smoking on a terrace
beautiful view from the balcony really luxury hotel
i had to pay for parking my car 38$ per night while i am staying at the hotel
Very good quality and service as expected from Four Seasons, apart from minor details
Noise insulation could be better, both from the street (single glazed windows!) and from the other rooms. One of the windows had venetian blinds, and there was always some sunlight coming through during the morning. This review is for room 401, in the corner.
Well mannered stsaff. Courteous, humble and professional. The provision of in-house transportation for guests within the city is a commendable idea & should be sustained.
There's need to improve on the variety of the food menu.
I like the location and the staff.
I usually stay at Hotel Bel Air or the Penninsula, but they were booked. The Four Seasons felt like a dated property in desperate need of freshening up. The 685 per night felt like the wrong price for the quality of the hotel. I think the price should be more in the 450 range, or better yet, a redesign would be essential to keep up with the nicer hotels in town.
