WiFi speed is really good Location is in the center of Kanab (1.5 hours driving to Zion park, 2 hours to Bryce canyon and 2 hours to the North Rim) Pretty quite street Not the best hotel in Kanab but if all other places are sold out this is not a bad option, anyways you spend most of the time in nat'l parks.

No water in swimming pool AC is programmed: you can not go cooler than 65F and it's always on Auto mode (it was not that hot outside /65-85/ but I'm not sure how it feels like in the room when the t goes above 90F) No breakfast (even coffee) No laundry

the hotel was conveniently located near the 3 national parks I wanted to see and it was nearby a restaurant. The price was reasonable for the time of year. The room was spacious.

The hot water went out one night when I wanted to take a shower. The condition of the room was not the best with holes in the bathroom door and spots on the carpeting. The bathroom had not ventilation either.

    The hotel has potential!

The lady who booked us in was friendly and helpfull. Another member of staff present was the worst advertisment for a hotel I have ever seen. It may/may not have been her day off, showed no interest on our arrival and was only identified as staff through conversation with the receptionist. Overall external presentation left much room for improvement - and several coats of paint.

Good Internet Service. Very Friendly Staff. Quiet location conveniently located. Large rooms. Hearing the elk bugle in the hills above town at dawn.

TV Remote did not work properly.

lots of space so in that sense it was great for young kids

pretty beat up place, the ceiling in the bathroom was dipping down pretty bad. If it cost me something like $40-50, it probably would have been fine, but for $90, I say spend your money elsewhere even if you have to pay a little more.

I dont think the room was cleaned before we got there. It smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. There were beetles and ants in the bathroom. A water bottle under the bed and a long curly black hair on the pillow case (we are all blonde). Finally as I turned off the light I saw a pile of cigarette ashes against the wall next to the headboard. Gross!! I could not wait to be camping in my tent the next night...I knew it would be much cleaner.

We were able to park our car in front of our unit which made unpacking easy.

Paint was pealing off the bathroom walls; tub tiles needed cleaning or regrouting; carpet was stained; bed was old and broke down; TV was old/not HD.

    The room was large.

Dirty bedding and bathroom, including mold in the bathroom. Air conditioning did not work, other than make a lot of noise. Threadbare sheets and towels. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Poorly/intermittently working wi-if. The swimming pool was empty, and surrounded by trash.

Location- Loved Kanab and its environs!!!! Eat at the Flying V- terrific gourmet food!

The lobby looks like a hoarder's house. Also, too many books of Mormon for sale. Woman at front desk did not seem very friendly. At $90/night, this is not exactly budget-friendly. $90 is too much to charge, considering the accommodations. It should be about $39/night, given what it is and what you get. Rooms were stuffy and smelly, like they are never aired out, and/or the carpets are seldom cleaned

Pricy - but that's just Kanab in general. No breakfast.
