The excellent warmth and helpfulness of the staff
The staff at the reception and the concierge is brilliant
'Tea' is not real food. You should offer a menu that serves food when your restaurant is open. What we were served at 'Tea' was a huge disappointment, and when we told it was teatime, we were told that there was food on the menu. We should have been sent over to the bar. We were famished from traveling all day to get to you guys. No breakfast, no lunch, you understand.
Everything but the restaurant.
Rooms beginning to show their age and just a bit worn, the Garden restaurant was just Ok with slow service, mediocre food, and very high prices. Much better options available in the neighborhood.
Spacious connecting rooms ideal for family with kids, ideal location for shopping, museums, and shows, outstanding service.
The decore is so passer. The hotel is in terrible need of redecoration. Several of the lights in the room flicker - unpleasant. Bathroom very old fashion. Poor quality linens and pillows. Old fashion TV. Ugly coridoors. Just bad design overall. Very small breakfast area. Food mediocre. Not up to what 4 season should be - clearly not.
Large room w high ceiling in good location
The furniture is not that fancy The atmosphere of the room is dull The quilt cover was not comfortable and detaches from the filling while sleeping
The location The Garden restaurant
Minimalist decor seemed stark no bubble bath--great tub needed it. hard to get t.v. channels to change
all of above
Room furniture less value for price.
Service and staff.
The room feels so empty, i know its suppose to be modern design, but there was nothing in it, the bathroom has no amenities and not even drinking water at bedtime. for such a high price ,you get nothing except a location which is not unique as there are so many 5 star hotels around the same location.
only the location was good
Sofa desk and television was reminiscent of Marriott Hotel chain.
Jacuzzi along w complimentary fruit/water in the updated gym. Bathroom and walk-in closet was amazing.
Unfriendliness of late night lobby staff, they were almost rude. Lack of any greeting by most of hotel staff passed in lobby, my room not being cleaned until after 4pm, softness of bed.
Size of room (especially liked having seating area), size of closet, attractiveness of lobby, friendliness of maid, friendliness & efficiency of front desk staff upon arrival
Very expensive on all services-hairdressing,room service, restaurant ,bar etc
Excellent service,big rooms,very professional staff
Very slow room service
Old furniture, od ld and very used carpets need to renew fast ! Housekiping ineficient.
Location, Bar , Lobby
took over an hour after 3 phone calls to get my luggages. The furniture needs desperately updating, no complimentary bottle of water nor flowers nor fruits for the price you pay. The staff did not show me the room when I checked in. In general, the price is luxurious and the service and the room does not match.
Great location, big size room, the staff is very friendly
at arrival the reserved and confirmed room via phone was not available but we were upgraded without problem
Facility, service, room service.
The Wi-Fi is slow
The staff are wonderful, you get professional services on time.
The room was Never replenished with amenities . There was underwear from a previous guest under the TV cabinet .
Room service was slow!
I've been to almost all of the 5 star hotels in NYC and Four Season is definitly one of the top 5 in the city
NO action too monotonous you don't feel NEW YORK
Big spacy Room very Clean
Slow and unreliable Wi-fi, the wall paper in our room was stained and bleached, the carpet in the Tai bar had holes in it, was threadbare
Great service, linens and pillows
The warmth of room n size
Room facilities, fitness room and no valet
