Sauna, large jacuzzi, nice interior, great location.
Thin walls, way more children and pets than you would expect, expensive food/room service, in general none of the perks you would expect from a "luxory" hotel.
Comfortable bed, good location
Service was just OK, facilities are run down, overall this is not up to snuff for a Four Seasons.
General setting and comfort
Room service meal options were too few
The room and bath are dated.
From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff treated us like 'royalty". They were all very friendly and always happy to help, serve or just to have you there. It was was WONDERFUL!
Great room, comfortable, clean, everything working.
As an older couple it would have been nice to assign us a room a little closer to the elevators! It was a route march! No coffee maker in the room. I enjoy the a espresso machines in some Four Seasons rooms.
It's getting a little out of date. The hot waterways not very hot. The room was not well prepared.
No help with baggage. I carried a suitcase and a duffle bag along with my purse down a long hallway. I also ordered room service and the food was horrible. The amount of money I spent on a salad and 4 dumplings was herendous. $58 for this plus tip was a bit much. I wouldn't stay again. Tooooo pricey. I Also didn't like the maids in my room touching and rearranging my personal things.
All Four Seasons hotels and resorts are wonderful, of course, but we loved stayed here this weekend. We were even upgraded to a suite overlooking the beautiful Logan Square at no charge. This is a classy hotel with a wonderful staff in a great location in Philly.
I echo many people's reviews. This hotel isn't awful but it is not the normal standard of a Four Seasons hotel. From the room décor to service the hotel is just a little sub par. With so many lovely hotels in Philly I wouldn't stay here again.
No TV in bathroom . No coffee maker in room. No free wifi even you have paid so much room rate. House keeping is not as good as usual. Too many things to complain as a real loyalty member of FS!!!
I can't say enough about the quality of the staff. I have stayed at many places and the staff at the Four Seasons really go out of their way to make you feel like royalty.
Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff
the noise was unbearable at night and at 7am
Nice location. Great staff
No in room coffee Even thoughw as explained and understood on the front end, did not like to have to pay full price for parking as a guest of hotel
Checking in was a breeze, despite that my room wasn't ready until later that evening. The staff members were all very friendly and courteous. Lodging was very spacious. Two generously-sized TVs (either 42 or 47 inches) provide entertainment for both the living room and the bedroom. A bedside outlet/usb hub is much appreciated. iPhone docking station has lightning connector. Oversized bath tub made comfortable baths. Robe and towels felt fluffy. Window blocked out most of the street noise.
Room temperature fluctuated throughout the night. I was either too cold or too hot.
-Atmosphere -overall look of the hotel -amenities -center city -walking distance from restaurants and shops -valet staff is SO welcoming and friendly
-inside hotel staff -rude -hidden fees -asked if they were sure we "could afford to stay here" -rooms weren't that nice for a 5 star hotel -no view
Staff Location View Of Fountain Spa
Staff in every level were caring and friendly. They went above and beyond for all our needs. They had child friendly supplies. Location was near to fantastic museums. I cannot wait to return.
brandon at the front desk was helpful. all doormen and concierge made us feel very taken care of.
Staff was fantastic, services excellent. Fantastic location.
Super comfy and nice complimentery robes! Fully stocked wet bar/snack bar! Staff were superb!
I had a supposed fountain view room but there was a tree right outside my window...couldn't see anything but the tree!
location and staff
A bit dated in bathroom sinks and toiletes
Our room was adjacent to the elevator. Noticeable noise coming from this.
Room was nice, staff was very attentive, location was great.
Very clean and nicely appointed room. Effective blackout shades. Beautiful flower arrangements.
5 star prices for a 3 star hotel. Toilet didn't flush properly. Service in general was pretty bad. Sheets were scratchy. Hefty extra charge ($12-$18 per day) for internet service. No complimentary bottled water. Water from the showerhead was all over the place and the water pressure was bad. Very loud - from my room I constantly heard doors slamming and people talking in the hallway. Annoyingly bright lights in the sauna and no steam room. The worst was that one evening I returned to the hotel to find the toilet seat up and one towel hanging into the trash can. It seemed like someone used my bathroom while I was gone >:( Even if they didn't actually use it, someone was clearly in there without my permission. Absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially the Four Seasons.
