    Staff in every level were caring and friendly. They went above and beyond for all our needs. They had child friendly supplies. Location was near to fantastic museums. I cannot wait to return.

    Super comfy and nice complimentery robes! Fully stocked wet bar/snack bar! Staff were superb!

    I had a supposed fountain view room but there was a tree right outside my window...couldn't see anything but the tree!

    Very clean and nicely appointed room. Effective blackout shades. Beautiful flower arrangements.

    5 star prices for a 3 star hotel. Toilet didn't flush properly. Service in general was pretty bad. Sheets were scratchy. Hefty extra charge ($12-$18 per day) for internet service. No complimentary bottled water. Water from the showerhead was all over the place and the water pressure was bad. Very loud - from my room I constantly heard doors slamming and people talking in the hallway. Annoyingly bright lights in the sauna and no steam room. The worst was that one evening I returned to the hotel to find the toilet seat up and one towel hanging into the trash can. It seemed like someone used my bathroom while I was gone >:( Even if they didn't actually use it, someone was clearly in there without my permission. Absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially the Four Seasons.

    Sevice was great. So friendly and welcoming. Lounge was very pretty. The food and drinks in the bar were tasty. Rooms were large, clean and tastefully decorated. Had a nice mini bar with snacks and drinks for purchase.

    Hall carpet had an old smell and bathroom did not have a fan. Airconditioned never really cooled the room enough. Had room 714 right next to elevator and it was very noisy.

    The people were nice. The food was good, yet overpriced! The room was small, yet comfortable.

    Everything so expensive. Usually had to leave hotel to get a good meal for half the price. The Housekeeper must have come into our room while out Saturday night, and left the door ajar.....was a bit unsettling. the curtains were closed, and they door ajar, so it must have been Housekeeping. Not happy about that. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

    Your cleaning staff is amazing. I have never seen someone clean a mirror frame in a hallway. Always a pleasure to stay there

    Location

    Staff lost my car keys after Valet Parking my car over night. Had to take a taxi to the airport. When I returned to pick up the car it was as if we were starting the problem all over again. Took them over 30 minutes to give me my car back at 11pm at night after having to take a taxi back from to hotel from the airport. No follow up after my stay. Just a "trained" apology. The entire purpose of my stay was to ensure I got the airport with my car to catch my flight as we were in the middle of an East Coast snow storm. Th

    Swimming pool was excellent, beds were very comfortable, people there very nice and helpful. Very close to train station. Beautiful view on logan sq.

    It was a little bit far to the stores.

    All the staff were very friendly, incredibly helpful and just generally fantastic - concierges, reception staff and bar staff all alike.

    Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Monday night as that was our only night in the hotel.

    Nothing, at all.

    The time that I stayed, Budweisers Made in America was happening. And the hotel was far from pleasant. The amount of people that were there was ridiculous, many of the security made it impossible to walk around the hotel freely. There were very few places (if any), that were completely accessible to all guests. Many times I was redirected in the hotel by unknown security. At one point in time because someone was arriving or departing from there room, I was not able to access my room floor. The cleanliness lacked because of trying I impress and I called room service to clean areas in the room, and it took hours to come. This was my first stay and it came highly recommended for its upscaled environment and customer satisfaction. I was very unfortunately, let down and disappointed. When I ordered room service it took an unusually long time and the food was cold when I got it. This is not what I would have expected from a five star hotel. My trip was a very unpleasant one. Thank you for your time.
