This is a proper 5 star hotel a little on the pricey side but we'll worth it.

I found the rooms to be outdated and dull. The towles were washed too many times.

Great view from our room, spacious, comfortable.

Too close to the elevators and we could constantly hear them through the walls.

For this price no free wi-fi is unbelievable. The view was horrible. Way too expensive for what you get.

Nice place, great location, good service, but this is more a "business Four Seasons"; it misses that special feeling of other Four Seasons hotels we have been. The pool, sauna and fitness are great if you like group lessons, but are not atractive at all.

    Missing the special "Four Seasons"-feeling.

The location was fantastic. In the heart of downtown. Impresive view. As usual, I am delighted about the great staff and Management of the Four Seasons.

The hotel had a melancholic flair. I hated the artwork hung throughout the hotel and in the rooms... blanc canvas in a frame, depressing art. The rooms are okay. The Lobby is set in the back corner, no grand entrance for this grand Hotel. I have stayed in much nicer Four Season Hotels and Resorts. I am sorry to say, this one is not.

The kid registration desk was a pleasant surprise. The Four Seasons plush toy on the extra bed and the kid slippers and bathrobe were very nice touch.

Some of the staff are less friendly then others. Free wifi would be great since there isn't really additional cost to the hotel.

    - Staff's courtesy - Location

    - Very Minimal amenities - Wrong info especially during breakfast was told by waiter that will be charged only $42 allowance whatever we consumed but when bill came it was almost $200.

ambience, subdued atmosphere, courteous professional staff. In and out parking very important. Rooms clean and well appoint, altho it appears that they are at end of refurbishing cycle. Room service prompt and well served. All told...very fine experience.

I was very disappointed with the hotel. The room looked older, and the facilities were lacking.

The location is excellent right in centre and is only a short way from the sea front although I would get in a cab if your going down to fishermen wharf. The hotel is gorgeous inside and has a good restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful nothing was too much.

The swimming pool you have access to is the next door LA clubs gym. It's good if you are a serious swimmer and want to do lanes but not relaxing. It's always really busy too. If you want a good swimming pool I wouldn't recommend it but otherwise it's excellent!
