Score from 61 reviews Wonderful
Good service Rooms are functional Nice bathroom
Very basic furnishings (Ikea style) Limited dining options Attached to an office complex and away from the nice part of Palo Alto
The rooms are pet friendly Big rooms.
No free breakfast but overall there's a lot of restaurants near by either in downtown or getting on the freeway to find one. It was still nice.
The staff were all kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and luxurious as expected at a Four Seasons.
Location could be more central to Palo Alto, but still OK.
Room service staff Valet Staff
I usually love Four Seasons but this one was not worth the cost - 5 days for over $3,800 while my room overlooked the freeway. I paid $50 for my 12 year old son's steak, my apple crisp was the size of a potato chip, Breakfast via room service for 2 was $70 for 2 orders of pancakes, 2 juices, and a pot of coffee. The pool was tiny with only one server.
Very good hotel and very good staff
THe four seasons has an amazing stuff doing their outmost to please you and create an amazing stay
Friendliness of staff Comfort of beds Occitane products Loved your breakfast buffet And also breakfast menu The Spa and pool area
Not enough drawer space For longer stay (5 days) There could be more space for Guests' toiletries especially If there are two in a room, Also some more hooks or higher Ones in bathroom We ordered the Wall Street Journal but always got the NYTimes, minor but annoying We were somewhat disappointed with your dinner menu However we will come back
very nice rooms
overpriced for a four star hotel with just one restaurant. The restaurant itself is not much, although they claim to be the best italian restaurant in the area...
Perfect for business stay
Location is a little remote
charge for parking charge for wifi
The duvet was thick and I was too warm in it. Didn't find the pillows comfortable
Window did not open - all sealed Very much a city hotel
