Price, Heater worked well;
Location; Water not hot enough (outside temp is 30 degrees);
The facility is old, run down, located in area with other buildings which have bars on windows. We had planned to stay for two days but left after one, the room was dismal. Our beds were never made after the first day. We just left.
It was a nice quiet area. Friendly staff. For the price I paid, I was satisfied! Spacious room with a comfortable bed.
Exterior needs work, but they kept up with the interior.
The hardworking housekeeper that also had to act like the properties security guard to keep the prostitutes and drug dealers from coming up to us everytime we walked outside.
Not really safe. Drug dealers/prostitutes knocking on your doors and walking up to you when you walk outside. Shower was awful-- no water pressure coming out of shower head.
The door is not easy to open. The bed is too soft.
This is in the center of crackhead universe. Very scarey and the sheriff said very dangerous part of town. This place does not belong an any travel website...very misleading pictures and description.
Price of room not bad
Room really bad sink falling down in bathroom needs painting and updating badly pictures online deceiving
I did not like anything.
This place looks nothing like the pictures here on booking.com. We got to the place and didn't have a choice for another place as it was late. This place had garbage under the beds, hair blob clogging up the shower drain. There were nails sticking out of the carpet and baseboard. The fridge did not work, but they did come and get us a replacement. I was bitten by bed bugs. The place is run down, there was a tarp over the pool, huge holes in the parking long pavement. You had to pay for ice - which did not work. Did I mention the really bad smell in the room? It was bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would not stay here again. The place is very run down.
Door like it was about to fall off,no change on door we had to put table in front of door,room did get clean,beds did get made up,only thing housekeeper did was empty trash,and change towels,air condiction dont get cool,somebody else trash was behind the beds.
Bad maintenance , we asked for non smokers room and it smelled so bad our clothes smelled like smoke for the rest if our vacation. There was a lizard in the tub and the sink looked as if someone had done chemistry experiments in it. Will never go to western inn again
The bed was comfortable.
Tv and channel selection.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Conveniently located off Interstate.
The room was not worth the $100+ they charged me during my stay. I immediately went searching for different hotel. The rooms had an order, very outdated, dingy, and the bathroom I had to wear shower slides in the shower. One of the stairs had a makeshift wheel chair ramp.Why?????? It was an accident waiting to happen. Would not stay again, especially at thie prices. It reminded me of an old trucker hotel or by the hour spot.
The roach in the bathroom, the mold in the corners of the bathroom, the holes in the wall, the big dent in the door, the women sitting outside their room smoking with the motels recliner outside
Only two floors. Well lit.
People walking around parking lot at 3:30 am gaps under door. Tub appeared to be painted with regular paint. Overall, minimally maintained. Recommend spending a few dollars more and stay in a more 'sanitized feeling 'place...
This was the worst place I ever visit I do not recommended this place to nobody
The lady at the front desk was nice. The bed was okay (minus the stained sheets)
Where to begin? I would first like to say that my standards aren't very high. I am a recent college grad, and am used to making ends meet and not having the finer things in life. The lady at the front desk was nice, but that's about all this hotel had going for it. When we arrived, our AC wasn't on, and our refrigerator wasn't plugged in. So after a long travel, we arrived to a hot room/fridge. There were stains on the wall that were either pudding or dried blood, but I wasn't going to stare long enough to investigate. The area at night is pretty scary. There were roaches and other critters. As stated, my standards aren't very high, but this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
The pics on booking.com looked a lot better than the actual hotel. This place is a dump! AC didn't work! The room was dirty and very smelly. Lots of homeless people and prostitutes hanging around. The swimming pool was a big trash can. There was a sign on one of the doors that said "come through and you will be shot" I checked in and turned in my key 15 minutes later in fear for my life. Asked for a refund at the front desk. He said to take it up with Booking.com. I called booking.com and they are trying to get my money back. Also called my credit card customer service and they are trying to get a refund too.
Gentleman who greeted us upon checkout was very gracious.
Killed one roach within minutes of our arrival. Second one was in the bed after we stripped off the covers. We were so uncomfortable we slept in clothes we had worn all day. Worried about getting bedbugs all night.
the rooms were spacious. was a price deal for the busy season.
heard pipes having trouble when upstairs flushed. seedy element hanging around
Kindness of receptionists
it is less than a trashy motel. They should renew the whole building or cut the price of an half.
Lit was hot and sticky not a place to stay there the amount paid could have had stay some where better. And lots of bed bites
Room was big and cost was cheap. Bed was good.
Bathroom vent super loud and toilet lid needs replacing. Bed was never made after the first night.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They fixed our door the morning after it stopped working. The motel seemed well populated, which made us feel better despite the sketchy location and reported robbery.
The location is in a sketchy neighborhood, and a full 30 minutes from any beach. The room wasn't clean when we checked in (and we checked in after the required check in time) and lady, while helpful, was wearing a pair of men's boxers. Comfortable, but not very professional. Our door stopped working halfway through our stay and we had to go to the desk multiple times in order to be let into our room. The toilet wouldn't flush completely, even when the handle was held down. And lastly, Papa John's Pizza wouldn't deliver there because they said their drive had been robbed there the month before.
had a room available on Saturday night at 7pm
location of room and motel lots of roachs crawling on walls in bathroom very much need of renovation
