Location was fine.
No one at the front desk to receive us. No hair dryer! Seriously?? Called the front desk to ask about on, had to leave a message...NEVER Returned my call! Very unprofessional. Charged extra $30.00 to clean room. Only cleaned once - the day we left!!! Left our cellphone charger and asked if it could be mailed, never got a call back!! Terrible!!! Outdated room, very outdated! Shower too low. Very disappointed in our overall stay. My birthday weekend get a way to Branson. Definitely will not stay here or recommend this place to anyone!
The suite was nice. It was mostly clean. The kitchen was not very well stocked so plan on bringing extras.
We won't be staying here again. You can hear every footstep and our downstairs people called is multiple times and complained they could hear our 18 month old daughter love from one room to next. Shower head super short and water pressure was pathetic.
We loved the quiet location. Easy access to the activities we were looking for. Excellent value for our family.
Location and price.
Terrible pillows and no curtains to block out light for sleeping
The arrangement of the suit works very well for our family. We enjoyed our stay at Foxborough very much. The off season price was very reasonable for the amount of space the suit provided.
One of the bedroom exterior door locks did not work well. We thought that there was to be a washer and dryer in the suit but there wasn't one. A gap under the outside door let in a lot of cold air.
The main thing that we liked between your place and all others is that it had two bedrooms and the kitchen area. Good job!
location and price
we had 3 rooms for 6 adults and 4 children. The electric outlets in one room were non functional and the room door of one room needed maintenance. The ice machine was frozen and the sign said get ice at the front desk. The front desk offered that they could go buy some if we wanted them to.
THE PRICE WAS THE BEST VALUE OF OUR TRIP AND IN A GREAT LOCATION
Staff was friendly, easy parking, rooms were nicely presented.
Mattress was way to firm for my liking. Housekeeping after the 1st of the 2 nights we stayed consisted of leaving clean towels taking the dirty towels and sort of straightening out the sheets, pillows, and blanket on the bed. Bedding was very rough to the touch and could use an update.
This place was horrible won't recommend to anyone
Not clean, construction, no WiFi, showers are for short people no cable, they lost my reservations. Very bad place to stay.
The service desk people were very nice. I had no complications with anything. For the price I paid everything was perfect.
Nothing. Everything was clean.
The employees were very friendly and helpful.
The beds where hard. And sagged in the middle. Didn't get much sleep. Needs a better breakfast offered.
I liked nothing!!!!!
No hot water , room stank of mildew, flat screen tv's were not flat screen ,tv was one from the late 80/90 , was told we could not change rooms so we got a full refund and went to a real hotel with lots of hot water !
the lil coffee maker
toe nail clippings in bed, spoiled food in microwave, carpet worn bad
Traveled with children and parents. Everyone enjoyed the stay room had a few issues that the staff took care of immediately first time I booked a room on line and if was great. We liked the horse shoes mini golf and basketball. We also liked being off the main drag, close enough to drive, but away from traffic.
the rooms, we a 2 bedroom room for all the kids to stay in, it was nice. Pool was nice. Location was good, about 15 minutes to Silverdollar City.
The staff at the front desk wasn't to friendly. The breakfast wasn't that great unless you like cereal and dounuts! Beds weren't that great either.Other than that not too BAD!
We will never stay there again. The beds were horrible. Their pillows were non existent. It felt like there were bed bugs because after crawling into bed we all start itching.
we liked the location and the room size. also the option of laundry facility in our .
the room floor was very dirty and could tell it needed moped.. never saw house keeping and had to ask for clean towels and trash pick up. continental breakfast was very poor.. if your looking for cofortable beds look else where... we made due. would not recomend if your looking for comfort and rest...
very affordable for a great hotel
I was suppose to have 2 queen beds in one room a king in another and did not get it, I ended up with 2 king beds only and a lay out couch and also it was a handicap suite which we did not ask for and there were no extra blankets or sheets had to call for them and the sheets are old and ruff to sleep on as well and the shower was for handicap people and water was every wear on the floor because of it and the toilet paper roll look like it had been dropped and had gotten wet and they had set it down to dry and then put it back on the holder to be used again, it was nasty!! Then there was no continental breakfast at all like it says on the website and to conclude it all there is big time spiders at this hotel as one of the kids got bitten by one and another had one on her. I will never stay at this hotel again!! :(
The Kitchen, and the bed was comfortable, also had plenty of room for everyone.
Once arriving took an hour and a large argument over the booking info to check in. They was going to give us a cut rate room but we had booking info with us and was able to prove what we booked also i called to verify before hand and keep the dates and times i called and who i talked to about the room when we booked it. That helped tremendously. and then once we got to the room the there were spiders in the room and it was not very clean. also the room looked like it was being worked on and was not complete. there was no house keeping we had to go get our own towels that was in a separate building when we needed them.
no hair dryer , no iron, no refrig. small bathroom
Reservations were messed up.
Buyer beware!!! We checked in and the room we booked was not what we received. Walked in to an old 19" analog tv that did not work. Took us 6 hours to get one replaced? This hotel is far away from the strip. So very quiet. Brian was extremely helpful with any issues we had. Unlike the hotel manager. Clean room.
Manager Sherry was extremely rude an unhelpful. Informed us to deal with what we had. Thankfully Brian was there to help. He should be the manger of this property. He knows how to take care of his customers. Don't expect much from breakfast...there isn't much. Donuts and cold cereal is all.
Spacious, we stayed in a two bedroom suite
Wifi was hit and miss
