Bed and pillows were comfy Close to cafe for breakfast
No fitness center Office isn't attached to hotel
Cost, service, food
There was very little noise from other guests and no noise from the highway.
The room heater was loud and woke us up all night long. Once it started pushing some heat it would bang and snap and make an awful racket until it shut down. This occurred every 15 to 20 minutes.
Perfect location, very clean
Bathroom is too small. The sink area was a little difficult.
Convenient location and quiet. Near town but just outside the high traffic zone.
Kind staff, clean room, comfortable bed, excellent food at the Cafe next door (best blueberry pancakes I have had in my life)
No continental breakfast, a little bit further out from downtown Freeport than I thought, but wasn't bad.
Location and quietness.
Comfortable bed Convenience of restaurant Ample parking in front of hotel
Wifi connection seemed to be weak. Bathroom had a little mold and some of the tile was missing
The pictures online on both the booking site and the best wetsrn site made this Best Western look more like a hotel than a motel. Upon arrival, this was merely an overpriced motel stay. Thankfully we only stayed for 1 night. The bedding smelled of cigarette smoke; the bathroom wasn't super clean; there were cobwebs in the corners, along the ceiling, and in the fan. Overall, dissatisfied with the price of these accommodations.
Room had a river view. There was a 15% discount at the adjacent cafe.
The Bathroom had no counter space. The beds were uncomfortable.
Quite and Clean
Would likely choose closer in lodging offering continental breakfast.......But over all pleasant stay...
Layout of motel-stairs-and location to cafe.
Beds and room was comfortable and clean.
location wasn't great. not as close to shops as other hotels, carpets were dirty upon entering
Clerk phoned too check up on our happiness with the room. Never had that happen before. A nice touch.
The grounds were lovely
TV didn't get the channels we wanted, and not very clean. Hair dryer didn't work.
Nice clean room, desk staff friendly. Diner on property served delicious meal offering discount to motel guests. Good food friendly staff, clean facility.
Chambermaid was cleaning room before we checked out. We had removed most of our things, this was clearly inappropriate.
My first impression was at the check-inn office, looks like the big window had not been cleaned in years. We didn't spend much time in the room thankfully. I would not stay there again
Cobwebs on ceiling corners
I loved the Juliet balcony and the views. They were stunning.
No elevator. The cab company the hotel called for us was a bit sketchy.
The staff was very pleasant, and the property was pretty. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and I can't wait to stay there again.
Super clean, water was always hot. Towels and linen were spotless. Bathroom didn't even have like a strand of hair (not that I am picky if there is) friendly staff , good parking, very close to major highway and routes
The internet, being from Canada our 4G roaming is very expensive and we rely heavily on the net for us to figure out where to go, what to eat. But thay isthe only complaint
good location close to the main road and to Freeport for shopping. room spacious and clean. we feel so confortable that we ask to stay one more night.
Can't say I liked anything about this place .
Very dirty , outside doors soiled with dirt , carpets on stairs and hallway very dirty , room itself was tolerable but wash up facilities tiny and very uncomfortable to move around . Shears on window, we're actually rotting off lots of tears in them, hmmmm
Room was clean and spacious
