The continental breakfast The comfortable bed linens and towels Quiet room The lodge itself is beautiful. The pond was great. Saw an osprey in the morning over the pond.

No tea bags in the room or ability to make hot water Too many leaves in the hottub. Limited dinner menu- had to go elsewhere

Perfect spot for casual relaxing stay, love the hiking, great pool area! Quiet and relaxing. We have enjoyed the inn over the last few years. Have sent a few friends and family that have stayed.

The location is fantastic and everyone was really friendly and helpful.

The food was rather strange and apart from the Steak not that enjoyable or in fact value for money. Breakfast was very basic and I had to ask for butter also the toaster was broken on one side. I also had no creamer or stirrers in my room when I arrived.

    Just about everything

The fact that the people in the lodge had breakfast included. The people in the cabins had to pay ten dollars per person, for a cold breakfast. Give me a break!

We were so disappointed the restaurant was not opened. We shorted our stay by one night, but we will be back

Old fashioned cabin with a fireplace, swift running stream behind our cabin lulled us to sleep. A nice deck with a small propane grill. Very relaxing. Lots of space between cabins so it felt private.

A few mouse droppings by the window air conditioner.

Staff were great, grounds were clean. Rooms very clean and quite

The out side furniture needed a light sanding job, left small spinters on fore arms and thighs if you wearing shorts from the ceader chairs, wife would like to have a full lenth mirror on back of a door for prep., And shelf for soap in shower at are age it diffculte to bend down to floor to retrive shampo, soap ,wash rag ect.

Such a beautiful, peaceful setting. Relaxation never smelled or looked or felt so good. Dinner was inventive and tasty. The staff cordial. Also enjoyed the local wine, Lost River. Hiking opportunities are amazing. So is the pool.

While oatmeal was great in the morning, the rest of breakfast could be upgraded a bit. BUT, coffee is excellent. Towels were scratchy for a $300 @ nite sleepover.

It was a very nice, rustic place, located in a beautiful setting. Very peaceful and relaxing. We even got to enjoy the pool by ourselves, complete with toys. The pond at sunrise was wonderful to wake up to. Winthorp is just a short drive down the road for goodies, or just check out the store in Mazama. Highly Recommended!

The view and position of the hotel was stunning. The a la carte meal we had on the first night was excellent. We were given advice on local hikes, some of which did not need a car for access.

As we left we mentioned the lack of boiling water for tea-brewing! We understand that moves are now in place to ensure that if you want a good cup of tea you'll be able to!
