The staff was very friendly. The room was very spacious and decorated beautifully .

I thought the pool being open was an added bonus! We hope to stay here again in the future! When my daughter forgot her jacket, they called me on my cell phone before we had left town!

The price per night, and the facilities were aesthetically pleasing. The only downfall is the insulation in between the rooms and ceilings

Location was great and staff was very friendly.

Bed was not as comfortable as I expected. Furnishing were on the cheaper end of the spectrum.

Good space for the price. The two bedrooms are significantly nicer than the one bedroom.

Wear and tear were heavy in our room. Staff was repeatably horrible. My parents arrived a day later and stayed in the same resort. When they went to check in, they were told I already did it for them. They lost my parents' reservation and failed to give them the proper two bedroom room that they reserved. After we left, we received an unknown phone call; we didn't answer and there was no voice mail. A few minutes later my parents called saying they received a call from the resort saying we hadn't paid yet. Why on earth would any resort harass another party because we hadn't paid? It's frustrating and unprofessional to involve my parents in that. I could go on, but those are the major complaints.

We liked most everything about our room.

We were not pleased with the friendlest or effeciency of the front staff. Check in was a nightmare.The staff is not really intrested if there is a problem that needs to be addressed.Even when you have your bookings.com comformation number they say they can't use it to find your reservation.

Location, in the thick of things but very quiet. Clean and very well equipped. Room to kick back and relax just like home but without the stress of what we should be accomplishing. We loved the ability to cook a big breakfast, and popped a pizza in one evening.

Sometimes had to wait for hot water. The microwave in our unit did not work.

Comfy beds, room for a family in the 2 bedroom, great location. 2Nd time to stay at French quarter. Loved it both times....thanks cody and corey for being very helpful.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and place was very clean and comfortable. It was located in a good place out of the middle of traffic but still on the main hwy. Loved having the Jacuzzi tub and balcony, and it didn't cost us but $10 more to stay at this nice condo than it would have to stay at the hotel we normally stay at when we are there, but with a condo you have all the amenities of home right there. My husband said this is definitely where we will be staying from now on.

The washer and dryer in our unit would not work, my teen son finally got his arm back to wiggle the plug and we got the washer to work, but the dryer never did so we had to hang our wet things on the chairs and shower rod to dry with the ceiling fans on high. We called maintenance and they said they would send someone and they never did, so twice we hung our stuff up to dry...was a lil inconvenient. I did mention it to the office on our departure though and they seemed upset that it didn't get attended to and did apologize several times.

the size of the room was right for me and my wife and it is easy to get to the stores .

I liked the QUIET location. I had EVERYTHING I needed for my short stay. For sure will book again there.

We went in February after a snow. The walkways and areas of the parking lot were not properly cleaned off and safe. I took a bad fall on the ice. Notified the front desk, they said someone would work on it but no comments of concern for my well being or safety were expressed whatsoever.

Our stay was wonderful, very peaceful loved the location . Next time we come to Branson we will stay there, Very pleased!!

The only thing was the coffee pot didn't work very good! But didn't care because everything else was great!!

I booked online was led to believe room was to be luxuary, was more like a hotel room with a kitchen. There also was to be a luxuary bath tub with jacuzzi in a master suite, instead it was just a regular shower tub! Change your info on web to reflect what you really get!!!

My husband and I loved the king villa! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and the perfect place to rest and to relax!

We arrived a few minutes after 6:00p.M. at the resort. To our surprise, the office was closed, (winter hours), had to call a number on the door to get the code to the locked box to get our keys! Shortly, after we arrived at our room, got a phone call from a woman! She told me she just realized that I haven't paid! Duh, I asked her, "How was I suppose to have paid, when the office was closed?" Her replied was, "that is our winter hours!" I told her, I already booked the room thru Booking.com. She replied, "I did not get all of the information and I need the payment now." I said,"Ok, I have the card now, are you ready for the number?" She asked me to hold and I did for another 5 minutes and without her responding I hung up and a few minutes later, I called her back and she never answered! Woke up the next morning and we were leaving out for breakfast, noticed a message duct tape on the door to please call the office! My husband and I stopped by the office and I explained to the young man about the problem of not being able to pay when they were closed. He said, "At least you got your keys to your room!!!" He proceded to read a message off the computer from the annoying office woman and it stated, "She called and I returned her phone call. Then, she asked me to hold and I hung up on her and when she called me back, I didn't answer! I told the man, that's a lie and I explained to him what was said and what didn't happen!!!! It seemed to me he could have care less! Because of their attitude and unprofessionalism my husband and I will not be returning. On the night we arrived and my husband was calling the number on the door, another guest pulled up at the closed office and said," I have never had this happen to me before!" spacious, comfortable and clean. Love having a kitchen. Felt safe.

we're trying to schedule another visit on April 19th and our reservations won't go through.

The condos were warm and comfortable. We were so happy with it we rarely left.

The villa was perfect. Very clean.

We liked the apartment style. The washer and dryer was a plus. We liked ground floor. The location close to the strip in Branson was great.

The bedroom was small. The bathroom had only one sink.

very convienent to all attractions in Branson, spacious rooms with privacy between the two bedrooms and baths

master bath had no door on for privacy it was opened to the bedroom

The 2 room villa we stayed in was wonderful! Really upscale - will stay again
