Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Anaheim - Fullerton  

When we arrived Karla was excellent very customer focus & professional. She has great customer skills. The gentleman in the morning we left was very helpful just like Karla...............

On the second day around 7:00 we approached the gentleman advising him that we tried to use our coupon for the wine glass. Advised him that the bartender ignores us. We arrived at the bar at 6:53pm and he ignored for 7 minutes until 7 when the coupons were not valid. The gentleman said oh well is pass 7 no valid any longer...........No time he even look at us no eye contact very discouraging.........My thinking why bother to give incentives to your guest.

The Jacuzzi in the room was amazing. The bed was comfortable.Breakfast was great with long hours. Late checkout time. Staff was helpful. Perfect place.

I was impressed with the jacuzzi and the elegant granit countertops ! The room was better than Vegas ! Real impressed !

O the jacuzzie could have filled up faster !

Was told it would cost $179.00 Then on last bank statemeant I was charged $247.00 whats up with that?

I really like the room with the jacuzzi inside, and the lady that work on the breakfast on Sundays is awsome!

The staff is good but take forever to give a feed back when you need something.

Very clean rooms. The suite was spacious and well layed out.

Check in was a little lengthly and the room lacked appeal.

This was an awesome stay!! My boyfriend and I just needed a place to stay for the night after a concert. We stay in hotels all of the time and this one was really on the top of the list! The hotel got us a taxi and was great for the whole stay. The room itself was extraordinary!! We got the spa suite and it was everything that it should have been. I really did not want to leave. If I ever have the chance to stay here again it would be my pleasure. Great job Holiday In!!!

Cleanliness and comfort. Was a great nights stay.

On arriving at hotel for check in, employee at reception had no hello or welcome to holiday inn greeting. No eye contact, no asking us if we had any questions. Showed no interest in us whatsoever. If it wasn't for how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel was, I would not come back here. On going to the Bar, bartender was friendlier, but again, service was poor. Food was mediocre. Breakfast was very good.

Comparing with the price, I found the hotel perfect. near location to Anahiem, good staff, FREE PARKING & INTERNET.

Breakfast was not that much good.

Me & my wife have been going there for over 10 years..It's a nice place to relax and yet located near everything ca. Has to offer.

This is the first time.That I noticed it actually had a bad musky smell in the rooms & hall ways..I Don't know what was causing the odor.They need to maybe invest in a humidifier to take the moisture out of the air from all the jacuzzi tubs.. Maybe !!

Large comfortable clean room.

Left phone charger in room. Called to collect it and told we would have to wait until Monday. It was Friday evening and we were leaving Sunday. Very inconvenient and not guest friendly. Will require buying a new charger since they will now have to ship it. Do not recommend. I travel a lot. First time I was treated like that

The location was perfect for my meeting at Cal State Fullerton. I didn't have to worry about traffic at all. Great shower! Good beds. Still, don't know that I would stay there again. See below.

Very strange heating/AC system. Actually had to call the front desk to learn how to turn on the AC, as the room was warm and stuffy (in late October!) and when the AC was on, it was very loud and disturbing. I turned it off after a while, but my husband was uncomfortable without air movement and did not sleep well. Conversely, I don't think we could have slept with the noise of the AC blower. I felt cheated by the 'breakfast' that is included. The advertisement indicated a continental breakfast type situation, but I was given a voucher for a sit-down meal, buffet style, in the dining room. I wanted to grab something and take it back to my room and eat while I got ready to go, and repacked my things. Didn't work. Fortunately, I was able to arrange my schedule and do this. For someone who really wants a full breakfast, this could work well. Just needs to be advertised differently.

The location was convenient to a wedding we were attending.

The room was rather stuffy and close the a busy freeway which was quite noisy. I thought for the price paid the room was not worth the price. The bedding had a strong smell of bleach and was not pleasant. The hotel staff also decided to shampoo the hallway at about 8 am in the morning which was not good.

Leider kein Safe im Zimmer und das Hotelsafe war nur sehr klein - es passte nicht einmal ein Laptop oder eine Kamera rein.

The in room whirlpool tub was the reason we stayed. Next time I want to upgrade to the Heart tub.
