Having a place to sleep. Cordial staff. The house itself was nice.

Hairs in bathroom. Tiny bathroom and toilet. Small dusty-smelling room. Sadly, the place felt more run down and jumbled than antique or charming.

Every room was clean, attractive and quaint. I enjoyed the fact that there was no tv in the bedroom. The breakfast was quite plentiful and delicious!

    Can't think of a thing!

We loved it here. The staff was great and the Inn is charming. The tavern has many Vermont beers and delicious food. The location is very good in the delightful small town of Chester. We can't wait to return!

Food was excellent, Room was quaint and clean. Continental breackfast was very nice, much more than I expected.

No tv in room...but maybe this is normal for an Inn ?

A bit remote but that is what we were looking for. A quiet peaceful area to relax

Not too much. Room was small but the room rate was extremely reasonable.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fullerton Inn last weekend. It is a perfect location for the area and our needs. There is a bar on the premises and we enjoyed a beer on tap while we were entertained by a singer/pianist Friday evening. Great songs from artists we enjoy. There is also a restaurant on the premises which we will try next time. The food looked delicious! Nice atmosphere with an expansive front porch and back patio. The Continental breakfast was delightful with a fresh fruit salad, bagels, make your own waffles, cereal, pastries, several juices and tea/coffee. The Innkeepers must be reading the reviews because they were much friendlier than our last visit. We will definitely go back!

Quaint old building and rooms, owners and staff are helpful and accommodating, the Continental breakfast is excellent, room was clean, wifi actually works, food in the restaurant is good, beautiful grounds and gardens out back.

The mattress in our double room was inadequate; saggy and well used, it left us both with backaches. Bathroom was small, with only a small stall shower. The old windows rattled something awful on a windy night.

Clean and very comfortable. The absence of a TV was not a problem. Breakfast was very good.

The fans were adequate for the warm night we were there, but any higher temp and it would have been uncomfortable.

The town of Chester is charming - a New England gem, and the Inn is the grande damme of the Main Street. Nothing fancy. Old time elegance and a great value for the money.

I was very disappointed when I called to cancel our stay at the Fullerton Inn. The owners were not available until the 18th of April when they came back to work. I left a message for them saying we had to cancel because something came up and they didn't get it until Friday. When I did speak to the owner he was rude and short with me. He told me they had a seven day cancellation policy and I would have to deal with booking.com. I really find it very unreal for a business to expect a 7 day cancellation. It takes the unexpected complication out of the scenario. In the future I will no longer use booking.com unless you can correct this situation. Thanks, Brenda Winship

Has a cozy feel to it and the convenience of in house dining. We enjoyed our dinner there. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great as it is close to Okemo mountain. The breakfast selection was also nice.

Central heating is very old and cannot be regulated separately for the rooms. Some of the decoration has a dusty feel to it (especially the plastic flowers).

I liked the fact that we got a good deal through Booking.com....

The innkeepers, although nice, don't feel welcoming as is typical with other B&Bs we go to. The food unfortunately had a Lot to be desired. We do like the Inn, but it seems like there is plenty of room for improvement...also most B&B we go to include a nice hot breakfast, not Continental with a do it yourself waffle iron...
