Price was good. right off the highway
Front desk staff were unwilling to look up my priority club number at check in and seemed surprised when I didn't have that number memorized. Travelers likely participate in multiple frequent guest programs. It is difficult to impossible to remember them all.
It was very convenient to everything: interstate access, gasoline station/convenience store; Westminster college and town center. Staff was great. They immediately came to the room to fix the problem.
Not enough toilet paper. No spare left in the room.
The desk staff were rude. There was a burned out bulb in the lamp next to the bed. The sheets smelled musky. Overall, would have been a nice room if it hadn't been for those issues. Also, I had to clean and sanitize the garden tub before I used it. There was a film of something on it. Luckily, there was a walmart nearby with Lysol and bleach. For the cost of the room, it should have been much nicer and entirely cleaner.
Rooms were nice, bed were soft
Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. The hotel is looking dated in places but for the price was acceptable.
We had a couple of false fire alarms during the night and whilst these are not the staffs fault I though that during the events they could have been more communicative. We went to the reception area and waited with a number of other guests but were not told what to do or what was happening. Eventually the fire brigade turned up and the alarm was reset. So we went back to bed, still with no directions or information from the staff.
I tried calling the front desk for an hour and the busy signal was on. When I went downstairs and told the front desk staff, they seemed confused and not too worried about it.
