not much, it was clean no air conditioning and very hot; I had to buy my own internet cord in order to connect to the internet; staff was aloof |

Location was perfect to explore the city. Also the members of the staff were really friendly and offered a great service. They recommended us nice spots to go out to eat and made a great effort of getting us two rooms when we showed up a day earlier then expected. Free afternoon drinks in lobby on wednesdays because of trouble you might experience from renovating activities. There are renovating the hotel and because of that breakfast had to be taken back to the room to eat. Cleaning members who wanted to clean the room at 8 in the morning while I was still sleeping. Normally they don't come before breakfast time is over. Now they showed up even twice while I was still in bed. |

The hotel was conveniently located and the people who worked there were curteous and helpful. One standard bed per room which was hard and uncomfortable. Tiny room, windows open but no air. Fragarence that must have been sprayed in room and hallways smelled like incense and a neutral smell would have been easier to tolerate. |

Clean premises, general manager's interest in guests' opinion , free Internet in the room, relative ( San Francisco rates) good value for money. No table in the room, bathroom poorly equipped to handle guests' toiletries and clothing, lack of premises for eating breakfast, view from the window |

The hotel was spotlessly clean No airconditioning and the weather was very hot - we had a room that faced an inner courtyard so there was not breeze even when the window was fully open - it was far too hot and uncomfortable. |

Location was great. Staff were very friendly. My room was in the front of the hotel so there was lots of noise early in the mornings. Best to request a room at the back of the hotel. Also, the walls are paper thin so that you can hear people's conversation in adjoining rooms. |

Very helpful concierge. Good toiletries Double room so small bed could only be accessed from one side. No chair, little storage or floor space. Noisy area. Self service breakfast was in very small room - difficult to help oneself to food and nowhere but bedroom to eat it. |
