Conveniently situated close to trains, buses and trams No airconditioner, and during the hot August weather the room was like a sauna. The ceiling fan was ineffective. |

It has everything you need for a short city stay. Room is clean. The complimentary breakfast was good, so is the coffee/tea in the lobby. And the location is excellent - you are close to everything. |

The location to bart and shopping and restaurants and cable car was excellant. Our room was very warm, even with the fan. |

Even though the room was fairly expensive it was very comfortable. Comfortable beds nice towels and bedding Good simple design in the rooms The breakfasts were poor. The hotel could do alot better just by serving nice crisp croissants in the morning. The breakfast consisted of a dry horrible tasting muffin and a slice of toast |

They have single rooms available. If booked in advanced, the rates are fairly convenient. The location is very central. There is a club just underneath the hotel. But the noise is limited. |

Great location, nice staff. Rooms can be noisy - there's a night club next door, and some rooms have windows facing fans or large air conditioners. Otherwise a great place to stay if you want to walk around the city. Everything's pretty close - major attractions and transportation. BART and MUNI stations are just a minute away. Highly recommended. Cable Internet was OK, fast and free of charge. However, wi-fi would be much more convenient. |

Great location and friendly staff but!!!! Dont stay here as the queen rooms are awful just too small and there is the fusion night club next door which woke us up each of the 3 nights we were there. plenty of choice close by. Breakfast isnt worth turning up for in a tiny (bedroom sized) room. |

the location of the hotel was great, essentially in the center of the city the room we stayed in was extremely small. our room did not have air conditioning, so it got very warm at times, even with the window open. there is a nightclub located below the hotel that operates a few nights a week, and you can hear the music throughout the hotel. |

The room was tiny but it was clean, comfortable and well arranged. The location was just amazing! It is a bit expensive for what it is but if we consider this is the heart of San Fran then it is actually good value for money I guess. |

Location was excellent. Very good price and rooms were clean and fairly spacious given the central location. Breakfast was not good. Continental breakfast buffet served in one of the hotel rooms. We arrived after 9.30 and there was only muffins and coffee. |

(Wired) Internet worked well. The room was very cramped. The area is loud, as many reviewers have pointed out. The interior was not very inspiring. The breakfast (that one takes to one's room) was nothing to get excited about. Washroom fan was quite loud. I decided to shorten my stay and find a different place. |

The location in san francisco Our room was too noisy. The breakfast was just poor (muffins bread baggle, apple and orange) and must be taken in the room where no table and space are avialable. |
