Hotel Fusion, a C-Two Hotel  

Líbil se nám přístup personálu, který nám šel hodně vstříc. Vyměnil nám bez větších problémů pokoj. Umístění hotelu je vynikající, přímo v centru, cca 3minuty pěšky zastávka tramvaje a cable car, cca 5 minut nákupní středisko Macy's a Union Square. Parkování také skvělě vyřešené, hotelová služba vám auto odveze do jejich garáže a vy si kdykoliv můžete auto nechat zavolat a bude vám dostaveno do 20 minut přímo před hotel.

Velmi chudá snídaně, na hotelu nejsou dvoulůžkové pokoje

Location location location - thats about it.

Alot. Firstly, when we first came in, we didn't realise that there was an air condition in the room, since it was a small little thing by the window sill. We went down to ask the reception if they had an ac - and got a smart answer from the receptionist "in sanfrancisco, we don't have such things called air conditioners, so it won't be in your room". So we strutted back up, stayed one night without ac, freakin hot, and then realised the second day, that it was there. Our fault for not seeing, but the smart answer from the staff, as well as not knowing what their hotel had, was bad. Secondly, the room was not done up until nearly 3 P.M. Ridiculous. Thirdly, overall service was poor, would not recommend this hotel at all. You get what you pay for. This hotel's location is splendid. Thats it.

Price was too expensive. Breakfast was terrible. Room was warm and noisy. I asked for two beds in the room with weeks of advance, and didn't now that it was not possible until I did check in.

Location. It is located in the shopping district of San Francisco in Union Square. Can hear the noises in the street, but that's the culture I want to experience. Room is cosy and generally clean. Free drinks in front desk. Very good service in helping to store packages ad luggages. Oh yes, I love the Shampoo and Body Wash.

Most of the female front desk staff I met don't put on any smiles on their faces. They must have had a really hard life.

The location is very good but the price is too expensive for the room of this size and condition.

The room is rather small. Breakfast should be better than this. There should be 2 free bottles of water supplied in the room..

Location Location Location. Walking Distance to everything union square, and to the Westfield shoping mall on Market. Great Value for the cost of the stay! Very Easy to find and get to. The directions on the website leed you the doorstep.

One disappointment I encountered was the valet parking. I was attending a seminar in a nearby hotel(rooms sold out) and would have used the Fusion valet parking but was told at the time I made the reservation that on the day of departure I would have to move my car prior to 4pm. My class was scheduled to 5pm. Rather than hagle over the extra 1 1/2 hour I parked in a garage one block away for only $3 more per day.

I like the location because it wad next to Bart Powel Station And Market Street , the hotel wad very clean And the staff wad very gente. I had a very nice time at Fusión Hotel in San Francisco.

The staff was very friendly and has helped to make my stay more comfortable. The standard room that had booked was very small with an acceptable upgrade, they moved me in a larger room.

The room I stayed in was very noisy. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. I could hear clearly his skype conversation with his interlocutor. The carpet in the room needs to be cleaned. I was very upset when I noticed that the two first nights of my stay was around $89, third and fourth was $129, the fifth was $1699 and the last last night because it was a large conference in town, the room was $399 + taxes. This should not be allowed. A two or three star hotel should have a minimum and a maximum limits. In return, for the last night, I had two pieces of chocolate on my pillow.

Good staff. Nice complimentary breakfast though for long stay you'll get use d to the food already. Cheap and clean rooms. Good access.

Coffee wasn't very good, room was noisy, unpleasant odor in hallway, no bath tub.
