Cheap small city centre hotel room. Great location for shops, theatre, night clubs, cable cars. Good if you are just looking for a place to lay your head at night.
Sink outside the bathroom, small room, pilled sheets, faced courtyard
Looks old, smells old, feels old, even the linen, carpets, towels and blinds are old. At $971 for 4 nights, I will not be staying at this hotel again.
Good location close to BART station so convenient to the airport and entertainment downtown.
Hotel was a little older and funkier than I had anticipated.
Location and price
The room had a bad odor. We could hear the club music.
The staff here was awesome and always helpful...from beginning to end. I would definitely stay again. Location is great!
The room is a bit smaller than I'm use to but was plenty for just one person. However not complaining at all given the great rate in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Front desk once served was great. I think they just need to be trained a little more on how to handle a rush of people.
Valet had us going back and forth about our car. We were waiting outside for our car and the car was parked on the other side of the building and we had to stop the valet to ask about our car. No communication.
All staff was very friendly and helpful.
The fact that I was able to book a room during a massive convention was great.
I found the hotel on a bed bug alert site, with a recent report. That's scary enough, but they tried to give me the reported room. When I complained they changed me with no hesitation (they did up charge) and I have not had any issues yet.
Great central location, complementary continental breakfast was a nice surprise, although has to be taken back to your room. Valet parking much better value than other nearby hotels and charged just for the time used , not for each full or part day
Day bed space was small for our friend - we were 3 adults travelling together. Not quite as much privacy as we would have liked as there is just a room divider between the bedroom and day bed / sitting room area
the need to get breakfast from room 507. as i am traveling solo it is really difficult to get all breakfast stuff to the room. the air conditioning in the room is too noisy, i need to sleep with the air conditioning switched off -- luckily it is a nice weather at this time of the year. front desk staff was quite rude.
Right in Union Square, close to everything and to public transportation
Location is easy suitcase dragging distance from Bart/Muni Powell station, so I took the train from SFO airport for under 9 dollars, virtually door to door . My room was quiet, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Aircon' was noisy but effective and needed as SF temperature was in high 80s when I was there.
There were a number of large conventions going on in SF when I was there, and consequently hotel prices were very high. I paid 750 dollars for two nights. Room was definitely not worth that, but was still a reasonable deal on my dates !!
Location and quiet
Odor coming from rear entrance
I liked the hotel, location was perfect, staffs were friendly and helpful.
the sheets were old, however, were clean.
location - that's all
staff was very lazy , no helpin' hand at all, we are very disapointed
The room was close to the external Air Condition machines and was noisy making difficult to sleep
Next door to Infusion Lounge is ideal for clubbing. Convenient walking distance to Union Square and nice restaurants.
It was loud. Night time staff was not helpful. Looks more like an old motel.
Location Fast checkout
Room space Breakfast
Breakfast was terrible.
The hotel enterance is not promising. Some of the rooms had the sink out of the bathroom. There is no desk in the room.
Excellent location. You are right by Union Square, downtown SF. The staff are really helpful and friendly, especially the consigliere Michael!
There are some rooms that don't have air conditioning. Mine didn't which I'm very unused to. The hotel is going through renovation and they are going to fix that.
They overcharged me saying nothing. I complain via email but could not get any reply.
The location was brilliant. Helpful staff. Most things were provided, even bath robes.
Lack of eggs and sausages for breakfast.
