La posizione e centralità dell'hotel, che risulta anche molto ben collgato con tutti i maggiori luoghi di attrazione turistica. La disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff. Anche le camere sono ben arredate e corredate, anche se un po' calde! Per questo è meglio scegliere le camere interne, che risultano anche più silenziose.

Troppo caldo nelle camere, la maggiorparte prive di aria condizionata o con un impianto di condizionamento mobile (pinguino) non sempre funzionante (ho dovuto cambiare tre camere!). La colazione lascia un po' a desiderare, anche per la location: non esiste una sala dedicata, ma solo una stanza dove fare provviste di caffè ed altro in modalità self service, per consumare poi la colazione in camera.

It was very conveniently located to the shopping and tourist hub of San Francisco.

It did not have air-conditioning which seemed to be a factor only at night.

Excellent service staff at the counter and cleanliness of the room.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

The hotel is conveniently located in down town area. The rooms are simply conceived, yet clean and with all things needed provided.

One member of the people at the reception desk was not an "example" in friendliness.

rooms at 2th floor too hot and noisy, staff offered to move us to another room

Room nicely furnished, good free toiletries(!), staff friendly and helpful.

Rooms incredibly noisy - it's above a nightclub and it was so loud in the room at night that the floor was actually vibrating. I was on the 2nd floor, but maybe the higher floor hotels are quieter.

The location was perfect for riding the cable cars.

The bed was very close to the wall on one side. It was impossible to get into or out of bed on that side.

Clean spacious rooms, nice decoration, friendly and informative staff, one block from Market Str, 2 blocks from Union Square, very close to transport

Could have wider selection in breakfast, there was no air-conditioning in the room, on the fifth floor there was much noise from the air-pumps(?) on the roof.

The rooms were fairly clean. The staff was friendly.

There is a nightclub right next/under the hotel, which produced a horrible noise in our room.
