The motel did not have our booking information and did not have a room for us. We were very happy to be able to walk away.
It looked very rundown and smelled bad. The neighborhood was dicey - there was a yelling drunk nearby.
comfortable bed, low price,
run down, poor sign, not well managed, although friendly,
Room was full of flies.
The stay was comfortable. Room was clean and the air conditionner was very efficient. I rested well and though the building was a little older I felt at ease as it was so clean. The rate for the room was very appealing.
Fridge didn't work but that is so minor as I did not really need it.
Run down and outdated and dirty. Stated continental breakfast included, assured the night before it was. In the morning not even coffee was available. Ice machine broken. Worst place of our entire vacation.
The bed was okay. It was clean inside.
Outside was dirty, the room was non-smoking but smelled. It was a scary place. You could hear everything out side, people arguing, yelling on cell phones, Outside looked like a dump. 3 towels that you could see through. 3 pillows that needed some help. A shower I didn't want to use. Don't go outside after dark. If I needed a place to stay, I'd drive to the next town.
What a dive. First room (non-smoking) reeked so heavily of smoke we couldn't even walk in. Second was barely better, but we were too tired to move on. They wanted $10 per pet charge, but yet the rooms already smelled bad. Lots of shady people hanging around. One dog was left tied up outside.
The room was very clean, and Sanjay was very personable and helpful. It was a good stay for the money.
The exterior isn't very appealing when you first drive in, but the room was very clean and nice. Also, even though booking.com says breakfast is included, it is not. They give a 10% discount at the restaurant next door, and they have coffee but that's really it.
Beds were comfy, location great.
Animal fur in shower, cigarette smoke in shower dripped on me when water turned on, footprints on floor in bathroom not mine, false advertising you do not get advertised room for your money, charged me deluxe room rate for standard room, no free breakfast put out two days in a roll.
The desk clerk was awesome.
Needs to be renovated. .. it's an older place and a lot of works need to be done.
staff friendly and helpful & file cabinet to store belongings
I go to work too early to get breakfast
Centrally located Good price for the essentials Good place if you need to find somewhere quick to sleep that is a great price
Arrived about 1:30 am. Staff was kind and courteous. Showed me to my room. Opened the door because the key was difficult to operate. Quiet surroundings. It appeared that owners did their best to make it somewhat comfortable. It definitely was clean.
Difficult to find at night. Need better directions from the freeway and to Passport Inn. Probably would have been better in the daylight. Very, very old building
The room was dirty (shower), bed spread dirty, broken tile in the entrance. Overall I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
It is bad experience in Passport Inn. It is only a motel with quite simple facility less than one star but charged prices as a two star inn. The photos of rooms on website does not match the real one.
It was quiet and clean. They are remodeling but all in all it was good for the price.
Bed was hard
The beds were clean and comfortable and the carpet was clean.
The hand-towels were soiled.
Check in procedure was horrid. There were two scruffy looking men sitting in the lobby. The women behind the counter couldn't find my reservation because she didn't have her glasses. It took 3-4 minutes for someone else to get to the front counter. She was less than helpful. I found the entire experience unsettling. I wanted to look at a room before I checked in, I was given the key to a room than was undergoing construction. I decided I did. It went to stay, I was charged for the entire. Ight anyway. I would never recommend this motel to anyone.
I liked that they had wi-fi and Directv
I didn't like that there was no bathtub.
It was clean and a good location.
coffee and little debbies is not a breakfast. It is not even a continental breakfast. Even though the motel was not full, we were put next to people who were in and out every 45 minutes, they kept us up all night, could not raise the management for any kind of question
