Rooms a little dark and dingy.
Location was great, very convenient and next to a great coffee shop!!!

No Breakfast was offered.
Comfort and cleanliness were excellent. Great location close to Union Square. We stayed in a Park Suite with a separate sitting room which was spacious and a great place to relax in the evenings

A little pricey, but what hotel isn't in SF?
Small boutique hotel a few blocks from Union Square and about 1 mile to AT&T Park. Great staff, super comfy beds, nice bath products.

The shower and room itself is fairly small, but to be expected being in the heart of downtown.
This is a hotel that you pick for location. The proximity to China Town, North Beach, and Union Square is great and the hotel itself is very stylish with an extremely helpful and friendly staff. Loved the cocktail hour and artwork throughout hotel. Comfortable bed and linens.

Not having breakfast on site slightly inconvenient, but we purchased fruit salad and yoghurt from the local grocery store and stored it in the fridge in our room.
Wonderful location between Union Square and Chinatown. Lots of good low to mid range restaurants within 2 blocks, including a little lane way, Beldon Place, full of interesting dining choices. Comfortable room. Enjoyed nightly happy hour.

They had overbooked my room, and so instead of a Deluxe Double/Double room they tried to put me and my friends in a little double room with only one bed. My reservation said for two, but the best they could do was put us in a room with a single King size bed. The room was too small to put in even a roller bed. They did send us a bottle of wine, but overall not what I wanted, expected, or paid for. To be fair, the staff did what they could, but I think overbooking a room is a fundamental mistake for a busy hotel.
The hotel is very nice - it's in a great old building in the heart of San Francisco. Very clean, nice setup.

They helped me getting set up how to make my way in & out of SF.

Impressed with friendliness of staff, cleanliness, helpfulness of everyone employed and location was great to shops

I thought the room was a little cramped and my "mini bar" was pretty weak. One of our waters had been already opened and replaced with probably tap water, and there was mold on my husband's corona and our orange juice.
I loved the location. It was close to everything and transportation.

The location, the cool atmosphere
April 14, 2015
The staff here are great. They are helpful without being over the top and have good knowledge of where to go & what to do including where to find bargains!
April 12, 2015
My bed wasn't made after housekeeping and some parts not cleaned, which was Dissapointing
Good product that has a flair of style and comfort
April 11, 2015
The room I received at the beginning was horrible. Small, dark, nowhere to put my suitcase. I asked for a different one, and I was lucky to receive a room on the 8th floor with a great view of downtown San Francisco. The Wifi signal was very weak though.
The room I ended up in was fantastic, bright with a great view of the city.

Very comfortable room, modern bathroom, very clean, free wi fi (a rarity in SF!), good location, pleasant staff, wine at 5.30, nice garden on the thrid floor.
April 5, 2015
The room was so small that you didn't have room to change your mind.
April 3, 2015
The hotel room is small and the bathroom is miniscule. Hard to do hair and put on makeup in such a small place.
Everyone was helpful and the common areas were lovely. The 5:30 wine hour was a nice retreat after a day around town. The hotel was the perfect location for us.

First guy at the front desk was a bit snooty. The rest of the staff were great.
Good location close to Union Square.

Lovely helpful staff great location. First night of our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty!
March 24, 2015
The music in the elevator was annoying.

Single pain windows so very, nosiy disturbed night. The concierge relied on Google and OpenTable and had less knowledge of the City than we did.
