Galleria Park Hotel is a deluxe boutique hotel offering a rare and unexpected haven in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

Located where the Financial District meets the Union Square shopping district, it is ideal for the business and leisure traveler. An intimate hotel with an Art Nouveau flare and a unique rooftop park, the Galleria Park Hotel provides guests a calming and serene environment in downtown San Francisco.

Completely renovated in early 2007, the guestroom changes include upgrades to Pillowtop mattresses, Frette linens, towels and robes and much more. A grand restoration of the lobby was performed to enhance the natural historical elements featuring the glamour of the 40's.

The decor, location were exceptional and even though the renovations weren't complete it didn't detract from our stay. The happy hour at reception was a great idea. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location and cleanliness (newness) of rooms. Wine hour was a fun addition - a great way to start a night. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom could have benefited from updating. But I would stay at this hotel again and will recommend this hotel to friends so this is only a minor negative.

La adaptacion del personal a la necesidad del viajero. Si el pasajero es participativo hay actividades para compartir, pero si no lo es no es molestado.

El hotel supero ampliamente las espectativas.

O estado de conservação e limpeza das acomodações e dependências, a localização e a simpatia e presteza dos funcionários.

A inclusão de um café da manhã com frutas, sucos, pães, bolos e variedade de bebidas quentes e frias completaria os serviços do hotel e levaria o gráu do conforto para excelente. O hotel merece este conceito.
