The staff was amazing...we came from Hawaii and felt right at home in a big city. I loved the decor! It was very cozy!! And in a quieter part of town just two blocks from Union Square and China Town...a very convenient place to stay. We would definitely stay there again! |

The staff was incredibly warm and helpful, The restaurant in the hotel is superb. Car was brought around quickly. Everyone on the staff had a genuine welcoming smile. Linens were really nice. I felt the room was a bit small for a 6 night stay, but it really was overcome by the positive aspects. I am going to say "yes" to recommending the hotel, but I would have to qualify my answer, depending on the needs of a friend or colleague. |

The hotel is conveniently located near Union Square, Chinatown and Market Street. We liked the stylish interior and enjoyed the complimentary wine serving. |

We loved the hotel, the loacation was amazing, close to lots of shopping and easy access to everywhere else! The room was really comfortable and clean and we loved the decor, it was nice to have something different. The running track on the roof was a cute addition! |

Nicely decorated, not a big unpersonal hotel. Close to Chinatown, Financial District, Ferry Terminal, BART (connections to SFO, Berkeley, Mission District), 10-15 minute walk to North Beach (Little Italy) |

The staff were superb, we had a few medical problems on arrival and they bent over backwards to help us, we ended up extending our stay and were looked after. |

The decor, location were exceptional and even though the renovations weren't complete it didn't detract from our stay. The happy hour at reception was a great idea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. |

L' hotel ha una posizione perfetta, si può raggiungere tutto a piedi. Le stanze sono pulite e c' è un' atmosfera molto " inizi secolo " come per tutti gli alberghi della catena Joie de Vivre L' aspetto negativo è stata una richiesta di addebito di 150 usd in più rispetto alla cifra da pagare in via " precauzionale ". Cosa che in molti alberghi fanno. Ma ancora più spiacevole l' addebbito di un extra dal minibar mai consumato! |

Hotel molto confertevole, con stanze belle e pulite, letti comodi e lenzuola pulite.L'hotel è situato in una zona centrale, comoda per visitare la città in quanto servita dai mezzi pubblici e abbastanza sicura la sera.ottimo segnale wireless. personale gentile e disponibile.ottima caffetteria per fare colazione situata a fianco dell'hotel. |

Het voltallige personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is centraal gelegen in San Francisco. Op loopafstand van Financial District, Market, Union Square, Ferry Building, China Town. Met daarnaast opstapplaatsen voor de stadsbus (Muni) voor vrijwel alle richtingen vrijwel voor de deur. Ook de ondergrondse sneltrein (BART) is dichtbij gelegen. Kortom: heerlijk vertoeven in hartje San Francisco en toch geen last van het lawaai van de stad. |

Uitstekende service van het personeel. Alle vragen werden onmiddellijk beantwoord. Hoewel geen gebruik van gemaakt, is gratis wijnuurtje een goede mogelijkheid om andere gasten te leren kennen. |

la posizione, centralissima, i luoghi interesse turistico sono raggiungibili con medie passeggiate rapporto qualita'/prezzo, luoghi comuni ben fatti ma le camere sono veramente piccole e arredate molto male, decisamente in contrasto con lo stile che l'hotel crede di possedere |
