I couldn't stay longer

Friendliness of staff. Location (we were to head West for a wedding).

Room(s) were rather small and the balcony could just barely accommodate two people.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was far enough away from the heavy traffic, yet close enough to get to restaurants, etc. easily. The accommodations were very comfortable and the views of the beach and gulf were perfect.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room and property was very clean. Much nicer than we expected.

The pool was too cold and the spa was too hot.

Location south of seawall provided quiet from road noise. Excellent view (southwest).

Pool/ spa closes too early (10p.m.). Hopefully it stays open later during summer.

this was by far the most relaxing place we've stayed in Galveston and we've been many times. The layout is perfect, all the suites are arranged to have wonderful views and it is so quiet. The staff was the most friendly, efficient and caring about the guest and the property that I've come in contact with. Sandy in the office was wonderful. The man who seems to be in charge of maintenance and cleaning (sorry I didn't get his name) was tireless, friendly, out of his way helpful!

The only thing we didn't like was having to leave and maybe that the pool wasn't heated. Everything else was perfect!

Excellent location on the beach. The view from our room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and very high on customer service.

Very nice rooms and was very quiet. Beach at the back door. Everything was great. We will be back again.

You have no control about the weather do you. Only thing else the elevator is slow and you can't use the stairs to enter building.

I love this place! The staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is right on the beach. We booked a king suite (its the size of an apartment!!!) We love love love the decor. Our room had washer, dryer, dish washer, full kitchen. And by full kitchen I mean stove, fridge, counter/bar behind the sink. Glassware (plates, cups, pots/pans, etc.). a beautiful table in the dining area. A super nice living room. Two flat screens. Our room was right in front of the beach. Gorgeous view from our balcony. The bathroom I fell in love with. Huge shower and spa tub. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. The shampoo, conditioner and lotion are from bath and body works!!! The bedroom is beautiful. Also has a safe and extra blankets in bedroom closet. The pool and hot tub are so nice. The pool goes off like a water fall kind of its beautiful. They also have a market place in the hotel (candy, milk, kites, beer...etc). I most definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We enjoyed everything about our stay except for the thin walls and that's something one expects...

Would have liked to have had a room up a bit higher but then I booked us quite late, so no complaints

Very nice condo

Fitness center opens too late in the day. 7:00AM is too late.

Great view of the Gulf. Loved the two bedroom condo. Clean and relaxing. Very much enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Spring break kids woke us up. They had been partying all night and was a bit out of control. This was not the resorts doing by any means, but was annoying.

Wants not to like?

I constantly saw people working to keep the facilities clean and operational. The guys who took care of the pool were interesting to watch but they really seemed to care about keeping everything nice for their guests. All too often we never see the service people or when we do they try to never have contact with us - These people were friendly and nice and spoke to us...

Loved the location, the staff was good

Housekeeping was poor, it appears the carpet was NOT vacuumed, shelf in bathroom had a layer of dust. There was water on the bathroom floor - was unsure if water was leaking from toilet or if was water from mopping the floor

Rooms and bath very comfortable for a 5 day stay. View of pool and ocean amazing. Location to other attractions was great. Great family accommodations.

Rooms could be cleaner upon arrival. Found empty water bottles and garbage behind nightstand, tv stand, and under beds. Bathtub had hairs as did bedding for sleeper sofa.

The room had everything needed for a vacation away. Washer/dryer was a nice addition. Very well equipped.

Everything but, the check in and out time...

The check in and out time, wasn't fair......nor was the payment that was charged off debit card.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable, attractive rooms at a competitive price.The fitness, pool and jacuzzi areas were also very nice and well maintained. The view and proximity to the beach were also bid pluses. The nightly movie and board games made it feel like home.

No housekeeping service. No restaurant or breakfast available

The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. Loved the suite, great view of the ocean, very clean, very comfortable bed.

We we're on the 4th floor and the people above us were very noisy till ten thirty and started up again in the mornng. Next time we will not stay unless we can get a top floor. When we got there the jacuzzi didn't work, but they had it fixed by the second day.

Handicap facility was perfect and comfortable. Loved the laundry facility and kitchen, especially the bedroom!

The outdoor spa was not working. Check out time a bit early.

Check Out time was at 10am. But she was nice and allowed us to do 12pm checkout. Couldn't find a place to wash sand off of me when coming from the beach. Like an outdoor shower to rinse sand off.
