The location and the proximity to the streetcar stop. The decor is fun & modern. It is walking distance to nice restaurants and you can easily take a walking tour of historic homes and a cemetery. The very best part of our stay was the staff, the staff and the staff. Only 1 package of single serve coffee in our room/per day. No complimentary coffee in lobby. A mini-fridge would have been great.

Very comfortable room and excellent room service. You have a great cook and affordable prices. Your front desk person, Shannon, was especially helpful. Nothing.

The king room was excellent. Large, comfortable. Great location on the St Charles streetcar. No breakfast, no fridge in room. The front desk staff all seemed new and, while pleasant, were not knowledgeable enough to be helpful.

Anthony and Chad, two of the valet drivers were so nice and enjoyable. Erica the bartender was great as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in New Orleans.

Beds were very comfortable Room was quiet (with the exception of the doors closing) Very clean overall Location was great being right on the streetcar line 2 of the front desk attendants tried to charge us for parking when it was included in our package online (at check-in and check-out). If we hadn't brought it to their attention twice and brought the printout with us, we would have been overcharged by $100+. That's not what I expect from a high-end hotel. Service - when we arrived, no valet in sight to help with the car. We had to unload our luggage ourselves and transport it up to our room. Front desk staff was not overly friendly and didn't typically greet us. Restaurant and bar were minimal. Gym was pathetic. We had also requested a mini-fridge for medication to be put in our room prior to arrival. It wasn't, and had to call down to get one brought up. Incidentally, the first response of the desk worker was "sorry - the housekeeping staff is gone." Eventually, she did get a staff member to bring one to the room.

Clean. Modern. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant on property. Convenience store next door for water/snacks. In the Garden District, beautiful. Easy access to downtown via trolley. Auto parking available. Would have like a fridge in room. Bath needs a night light

The location of the hotel was pure perfection. Located in the heart of the Garden District on St. Charles Ave, walking distance from restaurants and shops. The hotel has a very nice modern decor, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and very very nice. No one likes to pay for parking. The only downside, which goes for almost any hotel downtown New Orleans, there is really no option to self park unless you're lucky enough to find a spot on the street.

We came from a cruise and it was Madi Gras weekend so the city was more than crowded. The minute we walked into the lobby we were made to feel at home. Staff was incredible the location could not have been better and the rooms were great. After being on the ships cots the beds were amazing. We ate breakfast in the dinning room and the food was excellent. the only down we had was a family in the room next to us had a crying child and we could hear everthing very clearly.
