everything was good, the shuttle was already waiting for me at the Federal station. Free shuttle... This hotel is good for a overnight stays that need to catch a flight next day.
Quiet room, excellent location to JFK.
Once a very nice property. Getting a little threadbare. No TV remote in room. Shuttle drivers were rude.

The staff was very good, especially the cleaning staff who made sure that your room was clean everyday and was willing to help you in your accommodations. The bed was clean and comfortable. The internet was easily accessible.
The location was along the highway and you can hear the outside world loudly at night. The space is very small for two people. Bathroom was clean and acceptable. The interior of the hotel was Okay. The carpet outside our room was dirty and smelled funky. It's very dreary in the hallways. The room was 6 out of 10.
I like the cleanness of the room and quiet atmosphere
I did not like the front desk staff. The fact there is no smoking rooms. There is no parking as advertised. The bath room supplies is very poor.
I telephone the hotel from JFK to get information on the shuttle service but the operator was abrupt and unhelpful. Bundling that occur when I checked in on nov 15 was glearing. I was first given a 2nd floor room even though had requested an upper floor room. When went to the room it was messy and obviously used and was not yet cleaned up to receive a guest. The room was changed to a 4th floor room but the key did not work. I was given another 4th floor room and within 5 minutes of getting in there was interrupted by a staff who informed that I got the wrong room. I was given another room immediately beside it. Taking in consideration that I was just coming off a 14 hours flight from Japan, could not have had a worst experience, To top it all off this one take the cake. A friend of mine went to the front desk about 10.30pm and made enquiry for me but was told by the clerk that I checked out. How worst can it get?
Nice room, first room was very tiny. Wi-fi, coffee making facilities, breakfast was excellent. Hotel shuttle bus.
Old TV, noisy hotel guests, slamming doors, very old hotel which needs an upgrade, electronic door cards took 10-15 goes to open the door. Hotel staff took a long long time to check you in. Bedside clock not on the right time.
Needed a stay for a night after landing at JFK at midnight. Looked for the cheapest solution - this hotel is ok.
phone gives you option for food service but no food served in hotel. and they also do not offer toothbrushes or mouth wash.
Staff very friendly, especially the shuttle driver who picked me up. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
Breakfast was horrible. There were stains in the carpet probably from years of decay and age.
Very long time betweens shulttle. In real i have wait more than hour (every time I was there...) Be ready to wait in Federal Cir!

The room was very clean
The interior of the hotel is very good. Breakfast is very good. One girls at the reception was very good. Manager was good. The location was very good
The reception staff except one girl all other did not know how to behave with the gust. They were not friendly. First day I find my sink was not working until next day morning. But then I found some long hairs and some durt in the bath tub that was very bad... but any how the manager was friendly and he changed my room.
Staff member, only on arrival, was not so helpful, and looked like they were not too happy to be doing their job.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. The staff was courteous and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting that area. My mom enjoyed it as well. Hands down one of the best hotels I've stayed in. No complaints

Mostly everything except for one.
Breakfast was not good at all. nothing tasted real in term of eggs, oatmeal,sausage etc. I have been to other Hampton where the food is always great. But this one was really bad. I am just being honest.
Close to the airport which is what we needed. Free shuttle bus to JFK.
Dirty, disgusting, heating in the room is appalling, noisy. Couldn't wait to get out of there.
