    I found the staff helpful and friendly, comfortable bed with a good nights sleep. We were happy with out stay

    Room could have been a little bit cleaner but wasn't awful.

    If you would like to get 25 years old environment and facilities, you are exactly in the right place. Seems that I dive in Budapest hotel.

    No restaurants around. Always you should take a taxi to go out. You can open room door with electronic key after 05 mins of fighting with locker.

    Conveniently located next to JFK, dog friendly with a park right next door and the wifi and breakfast were both excellent.

    Bed was comfortable and rooms were a reasonable size

    Apalling food in the "restaurant" and terrible breakfast No alcohol at the bar Restaurant service was bad

    I liked having JFK so close and having transportation provided.

    Did no have water for my two day stay.

    Close to the airport. Shuttle service was efficient.

    Restaurant service was slow. Check in staff was rude and visibly bothered by customers.

    Most staff I interacted with were very friendly and very helpful except for one.

    The rooms need be made brighter and the television needs to be changed to modern ones especially in view of your privilege location-proximity to JFK. I don't know, it appears the ward robes were like an after thought for they are damn too small.

    The room was small. The plumbing system horrible had to hold the toilet handle for a while before the toilet flushes. The room I was put in air was horrible; if you set it on auto temp to shut off at a set Temperature it never shuts off, so in the middle of the night I had to get up and cut it off cause my kids was cold. The rooms did not have a fridge or a microwave so I couldn't bring milk for my little one to drink at night. Staff was not friendly at all I can say the only friendly staff was the ladies in the breakfast area everyone else no. The hotel charge my card as soon as I checked inn. I was not aware of that policy cause anytime you have a credit card on file it suppose to be charged the day you check out. None of the ice makers worked only on the one on the first floor so I had to take all the little kids out the room to travel from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor for ice. I informed the hotels of my concerns when I checked out and even called the manager when I got home no one ever got back to me on this. I left a message for the hotel manager but he never got back to me tile this day. I think its unprofessional and rude not to address your guest concerns.

    We booked here for the night before our international flight the next day, to have some rest. We got there at 00:00, where no one helped us with our 6 suitcases, it took the SLOW receptionist 2 hours to check in a group of 15 people before us, who had a cancelled flight and got sent to this hotel from their airline. At 2:00am, we eventually got our key and got to bring all our bags to the room by ourselves... At 4:00am, we barely had any rest, the receptionist called the room to let us know that the card payment did not go through! They refused to bring me the receipt, threatened us to remove us from the room, I ended up having to get up to pay them cash! And she still called at 4:30am to let me know that my change was at the front desk (1,50$!!!). They carried on calling in the morning, once at 7:00am and once at 9:00am.. we don't know what for... WORST SERVICE EVER, AVOID

    Price and Service. Plus this is an old hotel being refurbished with more brass showing than I have seen anywhere except Las Vegas

    They do not currently have a restaurant in operation.

    clean room...

    I used the shuttle service twice...once after dropping off my rental car the evening before...it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive... second, at 5:00 A.M. there were too many people for the shuttle to accommodate...that is the reason we picked the hotel...the proximity to the airport...fortunately we got on...but many didn't and it made for an unnecessary pressure at that time... the drivers were not in a good mood or friendly for either ride... they also said there was breakfast but it wasn't available for 2 hours after we left... i'm sure the hotel can fix these two items...

    Close to JFK Shuttle bus to JFK dependable

    Air conditioning not working in the room. In July this is essential. Neighbourhood feels rough. Room for 4 booked, but only bed for 2 made up. Hotel is in need of a refurb.

    Efficient pick up from Federal Circle Airtrain stop, nice staff. Easy check in and check out.
