Near to the airport
Great location if you want to be close to the airport. The hotel is clean - other than that, it is a typical "roadside" hotel with friendly staff and good service.

- the baby cot was not ready in the room, despite the fact that it was requested in the reservation, but they managed to arrange it quickly - technical problem with the shower
The staff and restaurant staff were great. The bed was very comfortable. The business center was convenient.
The restaurant closed as soon as it opened for lunch. There were hairs on all towels except one. One even had stains. Staff misspelled my name while looking at my license making WiFi connection difficult.

Crowded room, not much space for bags and stuff around the beds. Microwave stopped working at 4am while heating baby formula.
Staff was friendly and helpful - from the bellman to the ladies at the front desk to the waitress in their onsite restaurant. Room was clean and quiet, despite the view of the highway.

Restaurant was substandard in appearance and in inviting. Very basic. Poor insulation from noise in the rooms. Not a place to reccomend
Location to jfk and frequent shuttles
I arrived for a 12 hour layover, there was a note at reception saying there'd be no hot water the following day. However, there was no hot water on arrival, I was told it would be working in an hour (this was now 11pm after a 9 HR flight) and it still wasn't working. I had an early flight and had to have a cold shower which wasn't pleasant

The staff was terrific. No other way to describe them. Accommodating, charmingly friendly. Genuinely interested in being helpful and accommodating. Had room service and the food was quite good.
Room was small, old and cramped. The hotel restaurant is located right in the lobby … a weird arrangement. Also -- why do hotels DO this!! -- there is a large wall-mounted TV screen right in the dining area tuned to CNN - volume up. I ward all about the Ebola scare while having breakfast.

After 24hours of travel, being greater with a big smile and given a large, quiet, super clean room with a wonderfully comfortable bed was absolute bliss. Checkout was super easy too.
