after a long tiring flight from the ukraine, i was overjoyed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall feel of the whole hotel. one of the best hotels ever and i will definitely stay there again!!!

Hands down, the friendliest staff I have ever experienced in a hotel setting. From the front desk to the maids, every person smiled, wished us a great stay and continuously asked if there was anything they could do for us. I was amazed!

We liked the location which was very near to the airport.

The location of the room which had been on the groundfloor near the parking lot and near the dining room.

I stayed in a room with a king sized bed and the electric comfort on the one side didn't work so one side was hard and the other side was soft. I tried adjusting the dial but they didn't work.

Lo seleccionamos por su cercanía al JFK para pasar la noche antes de tomar un vuelo temprano y fue una buena opción. La habitación era cómoda y tiene estacionamiento (abierto)

Querían cobrarnos el estacionamiento aparte cuando en al reserva de booking se indicaba que era gratis. Luego de una discusión no lo cobraron. El lugar es sólo para ir al aeropuerto, está lejos de todo.

호텔안에 있는 음식도 맛있구요, 조용하고, 방도 깨끗하구요! 전제적으로 좋아요~ 그리고 가장 맘에 드는것은 JFK공항셔틀 버스가 30분 간격으로 24시간운행해서 좋았어요~^^

제가 외국인(한국인)이라서 이름을 잘 못 기입했더군요 ㅋㅋ 이건 한국인인 저한테는 종종 있는 일이긴해요~ 예를 들어, 이름인데, 성 인줄 알고 착각해서 이름을 성으로 쓰는 경우지요~

Hôtel assez bruyant, le personnel vous fait payer le parking alors qu'il est déjà plein. En ce moment, l'hôtel est en travaux et à l'intérieur il ne ressemble pas trop à un hôtel ( des portes et morceaux de bois dans le couloir) . Nous avons des chambres proches de l'accueil et avons entendu le téléphone sonner toute la nuit. Je le trouve cher pour les prestations proposées.

Vi övernattade bara en natt för att sedan flyga vidare, och hotellet var alldeles utmärkt för ändamålet. Det bästa var den trevliga personalen, de otroligt sköna sängarna och den kostnadsfria transfern till flygplatsen halv fem på morgonen.

we were in transit through and stayed overnight so being near to JFK was important. This is our 2nd stay, and we were recommended by friends, for your warm friendly greeting and service. We were also very happy with the service, and particularly with the greeting at reception especially when we were so tired after a long flight. The bed are very comfortable too! Rooms nice and clean, no complaints and we couldn't hear the planes either.

I would say the area around the hotel where the hotel is located is less than desirable, but we didn't venture out at all. The restaurant in the back of the hotel is fine for a quick dinner, and the staff helpful, but the room needs to be brightened up/redecorated as it's rather dull sitting in there for too long.

Hotellet var mycket slitet och behöv av en större renovering! Hissarna var inklädda i bygg trä som var uppsatt med silvertejp. Rummen var mycket slitna och nergångna på alla sätt! Ingen minibar på rummet. skulle inte välja detta hotellet igen. Ganska dyrt i förhållade till vad som levererades.

- Location - close to jfk airport

- More than a month before the arrival we booked the King room with one king-size bed . When we arrived we were told that instead of it the hotel can offer only Double room with two double beds. - Furniture and carpet were very old - The beds was uncomfortable - In description of the hotel was announced that hotel offered free 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. We had very late flight and I asked in advance to let us know how to find the shuttle service FROM JFK airport. Nobody informed if we could use the shuttle service or not. We had to call to the hotel and we were told by phone that everything would be OK. When we arrived in the airport we called again and found out that we had to go to the another terminal to use the shuttle service. So we took a taxi to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to JFK Airport was very good. Good hotel if you need to be close to airport.
