The staff is great, friendly and very helpful. You can really relax at this place. We got the best meal we have ever eaten in the US. Excellent kitchen. Good gym.
Our room was a little noisy, but nothing surprising at JFK.

OK for short stay/airport stopover only. Would not normally pay as much for this hotel if it were not located at the airport.
I loved the staff. I travel once a month to NY and intend on staying there everytime.
Would definitely book/stay here again. Great staff, food was excellent, in fact better than Sheraton across the road. Great coffee machine provided in the room. Toiletries were a pleasant surprise, neutropenia. One negative bedding needs a top blanket, little thin, however what is provided is crisp and clean.
Room service isn't 24hr.

The airport shuttle was a plus point. The proximity to the airport was great as we where leaving JFK the next day. The hotel room was neat and clean and more than enough for what we needed.
The lack of places to eat, the fact that the advertised price of $10.95 was not correct and had risen to $17 dollars for breakfast.

We waited the hotel shuttle from the airport for more than half an hour. The heater was really noisy and did not work properly (the room was cold).
Very pleasant staff
His attitude is VERY BAD! Keep complaining about my luggage weight, but come-on...it is less than 50 ponds! I don't believe this is the heaviest luggage he has ever helped. Afterwards, I still gave him tips after arriving the airport, but he took for granted without saying thank you. I will suggest Hilton Garden In to re-evaluate their driver's quality.
Kind and friendly staff. Good drinks and food at the hotel bar. The room was beautifully decorated, with strong WiFi and plenty of TV channels. Bed was large and comfortable. A tremendous, nice place to rest and relax before a long day of travelling.
I can't think of anything negative to say. Truly!

Wanted a cheap night outside the city... This hotel provided that when i got in from 24 hours of travelling! Would definitely stay again!\ Staff were extremely friendly and helpful!
5 mins from JFK airport with a free half-hourly shuttle bus, which was perfect as we had an 8:30am flight the following morning!
Front service was helpful
we were not notified that the shower head was broken, which was very incovenient. The drain is always clogged and takes awhile the water to drain when you shower. We ordered breakfast and there was no room service. Instead we had to come down and get it. When I came down to get the food, the service was very poor. There was a lady, who works in the hotel (with name tag), sitting by the bar that I have to wave down because he was ignoring me. When I got the food, I had to repeatedly ask for utensils and condiments, which at the time she was on her headset talking on the phone. I had to come back 4x for utensil, syrup for my food, ketchup, a bag to carry the food. And she just continues to talk on her phone. I find that very unprofessional.

That i had to pay for breakfast in London you get your breakfast included in the price. Also there was a slight gap in my door i could see some of the hallway i cant remember what floor i was on.

It is very close to the airport and has free hotel shuttles(which says Hilton Garden Inn, the Sheraton one also goes to the Hilton Garden Inn), that will take you to the hotel from Federal Circle in just 5 minutes. The Shuttle Driver is very helpful in getting your bags and very friendly. The shuttle comes every 30 minutes. I really enjoy the comfortable bed and the quiet environment that the hotel offers. This is exactly what you need after a long flight!
