Staff were friendly and helpful. Site was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
Do not like the too-squishy down (?) pillows!
Staff is very nice and do all they can to provide all that the guests need. Micro/fridge in the rooms is such a plus!
Breakfast was incredibly expensive. Shuttle only went to one airport, and it wasn't the one we needed.

Paying for water. Hotel not cheap do at least complimentary bottle water in the room.
Took 3 calls for shuttle. Given stock answer until on the 3rd call I indicated we had already been told the shuttle would be there and we had seen every other hotel shuttle so they phoned the driver who finally arrived. Room 1- toilet didn't work. Room 2 - had lots of short hair in bed (bed had been made but sheets were not washed unless the person putting on the sheets lost some hair doing so).
It took 30 minutes to get picked up by shuttle at the airport on a windy cold day. Facility and rooms are small even for a Hilton Garden.

It was cold. The heating was loud and was more like blowing cold air though set on heating.
Clean & big room. Shuttles to airport every 30 min from the lobby and they are punctual. It takes 10-15 min to reach the airport.
The bath plug was broken
Restaurant layout very impersonal as squashed up next to other guests like a boarding school but food was excellent

After having dinner when we returned to our floor there was a strong smell of Marijuana. So strong that it felt like we were walking through a wall of it. Once in our room hubby rolled a towel and put it at the door as the room stuck as well. When he went out a bit later, he was going to mention it to staff but the stench had abated.
The room was modern and comfortable and the staff were friendly.
The people! Particularly Junior and the waitstaff at the restaurant. We did not expect the kind of personal, enormously friendly attention that we got. Come to find out that most of the staff have worked together for a decade, and it shows in the easy confidence they have. My hats off to the owner and management.
Shower didn't work, but bath was fine

They gave us the ground floor and for the price there should have been breakfast also included

I loved Stephanie! Customer service is not what it used to be. She was warm,welcoming friendly,and very inviting. The guy also who.is like the host or the bell man that stands there and shows people where to go was excellent as well.

The air con did not work so it was freezing cold, the outside temperature was -8 Celcius. Problem with the shower.
That we could have our room already at 11 so we had time to go New York.

We had no issues at this hotel.
We stayed for 2 separate nights in February 2015. Both stays were great: front desk, hotel staff, rooms - amenities & location, dining room, overall cleanliness: all aspects met or exceeded our expectations. Business center computers and printers worked well when we needed to use them. The airport shuttle was always on time - coming and going, driver helpful and courteous. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
