Unacceptably long wait for shuttle from airport to hotel. I called on arrival at Federal Circle airtrain stop, and was told shuttle would be there in 15 to 20 minutes. I called again after 35 minutes, and was told it would be there in another 15 minutes. In the event, I had to wait a full hour. Meanwhile, shuttles for other hotels had come and gone two and three times. (In contrast, the early morning shuttle to the airport was prompt and on schedule).

from the moment we got there our experience was exceptional. the staff as very friendly and informative. every staff member we came across greeted us with respect and they all knew an answer to our questions. our stay here at the Hilton was more than what expected. it was very clean and fresh. I highly recommend this hotel and I most surely will stay here again.

Location is not very good
The room itself is spacious, clean and comfortable like all rooms of this chain. Location is ideal if you are looking for the hotel nearby JFK airport. Every 30 min shuttle service is very helpful.
The staff is not professional at all: - at the day of arrival we spent a lot of time on check in due to inability of the receptionist to find us in the booking system. The printed out booking confirmation did not help. -at the check out the invoice was 100 USD more than announced on the booking confirmation. As far as the money are charged off from the card on the arrival, it took us a lot of time and nervs to convice them it was a mistake to get the money back. There is no normal breakfast area - it is located in the lobby: it is crowdy, cold inside and not convenient at all.We simply skipped the breakfast for that reason. 24 h Room service was annonced as a hotel facility. Not true. Kitchen is working up to 23 hand proposed restaurant delivery service is no faster than in 1-1.5 hours timeframe.
