Excellant facilities, clean, friendly, very nice breakfast provided, good value. Entrance off highway a little confustion due to sloop of driveway through gas station lot.

The staff treated me as if I were the most important person they had to deal with that day. No request was a problem and smiles were the order of the day. Everybody seemed they enjoyed being there. What an unusual experience! Nothing.

Super nice man at the counter could not find the reservation I made through "Booking.com". Said he has this problem alot. Luckly they had a room and he honored the price I was given.

Mr. Ellington who checked me in on Friday night is an access to your team. He was most helpful and very customer service friendly. I really enjoy the extra that you all added to the continential breakfast with the scramble eggs, gravy and homemade biscuits.

Great Location right off the interstate and near many resturants. Not far from downtown atl. The rooms were nicely rennovated. When we arrived at the Inn the front desk attended was less than helpful. At first she told me I didnt have a reservation, then she proceeded to print me out a paper full of lines and told me that is what booking.com sent over. After a few minutes she found my reservation but informed me that she had no nonsmoking rooms available. Though unhappy with the situation, we still accepted the room (Only because it was 1 am) When we arrived at the room it reeked of smoke. We left the door open for a while to ventilate the area and then turned on the air conditioner. It didnt help. Because we were so tired, we crawled into bed and quickly fell asleep. The next morning I found a spot of blood on the sheets. After throughly examining myself and my son, I determined it wasnt ours. Eeewwwwwww. Thats all I can say.

Value for the money - included free hot breakfast. My kids didn't like the hotel style with doors on the outside instead of into a central corridor. I was fine with that and explained to them that was the style of hotels in warmer climates.

The room was clean and comfortable. The service was good. A good value for the money. The vent in the bathroom allowed smoke from the outside hallway to get into the room.

We travelled to Disney from Ontario, Canada. We made two stops down two back. This was our second stop down and it was much better than the first. I found the room very spacious and clean considering we had 4 kids ages 11 to 17. Staff was very friendly and helpful as to pointing out the ammenities around the area. I would difinently book again.
