Nice and clean. Staff was wonderful.
We couldn't get WiFi even tho it was free and the traffic was noisy.
Suites to cook meals Location to attractions
No "safe" smoking area No pool
Good location a few blocks from our destination. Price was excellent for a suite. Nice bar restaurant main floor. All employees were friendly, professional and courteous.
Wi Fi signal was fair. Pool is at the YMCA. Work out area was small with limited space and equipment.
size of rooms
rooms were worn and did not feel clean. crumbs on living room floor. whole suite a bit shabby. other suites n better condition.
location, room size, free shuttle, on site food and lounge, parking
outdated kitchen, inaccurate info given by shuttle driver, front desk not overly enthuisiastic
dirty outdated hotel, long, creepy walk from parking garage, mold on ceiling over shower, when walked into room it smelled REALLY bad, floor appeared stained and dirty
Everything! It was a wonderful suprise to find out we had been upgraded to a penthouse suite. The livingroom was comfortable, bedrooms were great, kitchen was a little small, but not something we needed anyways. Staff was wonderfully plesent and the hotel was within walking distance of a lot of attractions.
I'm afraid the only complaint I have is that the wifi wasn't very good. I was next to the gym and could only get 1 bar.
Everything---good location staff are friendly and very clean
Proximity to Great American Ballpark Staff was amazing! Loved having driver available Reception drinks/food very nice touch!
Neighborhood was sketchy, people loitering close to entrance of hotel
The hotel was very conveniently located for what we wanted to do. It was easy to find, also. We were able to walk to museums, restaurants, shopping, and the Great America ballpark.
There was no pool, and the parking garage was a block away. That is OK in good weather, but in inclemate weather, it could be a problem.
The 3 room suite and shuttle to and from Casino.
Very good location. Reasonable price.
Like how big the suite was for the price.
Came down early to park and garage was already full.
Infrequent areas needed more cleaning. Air conditioning didn't work in all rooms of the suite. WIFI didn't work for me.
Downtown location at a reasonable price. Near Music Hall & many small locally owned restaurants.
the convenience of location and facility to do cooking
The price for a 2 bedroom, good location for local activity'S.
There were bugs. I killed several during our stay.
Loved having a full kitchen.
Hotel was somewhat worn. Booked a king size bed got what seemed to be a double. Was not able to change as hotel was fully booked.
The layout of the rooms was great. Having a kitchen in the room was really helpful to us. The restaurant in the hotel was great, and the parking garage in the hotel was cheap and convenient. $6.00 a night! It was in the perfect location if you're going to the ballpark.
The decor is pretty dated. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and the walls definitely aren't noise-proof. However, for the money this was an excellent deal.
It was dirty , outdated , trash was left in the kitchen trash can when we arrived . All amenities were old . Had a speaker in the hallway to the room next to the room door that played music all night . Would never stay there again , ITS A DUMP !!!
Very Friendly Staff. Great to have the kitchen for meal preparation. Separate sleeping rooms. I would be happy to return.
The hotel is showing its age in some areas. Carpets, cabinets in the bathroom. These are minor things when you need, and have, a kitchen and plenty of space. The kitchen had very minimal cooking supplies - we had to buy a sharp knife and saute pan.
The staff was great.
Continental Breakfast would have been nice. The room smelled like mildew and my husband was up coughing all night. Didn't start until we arrived and ended when we left.
I enjoyed the old grand hotel feeling, having our own mini kitchen, shuttle and the overall nearby restaurants, sights and sounds.
We must have had some people who were there to gamble all night because because they were all over the halls all night, banged on their room door, yelling. Kinda scary for us 3 girls. I think maybe 7 guys were staying across the hall. I called front desk, but no one ever came up to stop the noise.
Garage to hotel is difficult to maneuver and homeless people inside garage.
