Liked the proximity to town and convenience of being close to several good restaurants.

    Can't say anything bad

    Location

Thr entire room we stayed in, poor bathroom condition, the television very small and old, the bed-sheets did not fit, bed spread old and had awful smell, bed lamps did not work, room carpet had burn spots, the front window shades had gaps were if a person wanted to peep in they could, the room air system was either too hot or too cold could never set it on a comfortable setting, plastic chairs outside the doors gave it the feel of a mobile trailer park.

A five minute walk to the plaza. Older Santa Fe Style but charming. Microwave and mini fridge as well as a coffee pot were very helpful--especially if you were staying several days. We were only there 1 night for the Opera but would go back again.

Near to the center of old town Sante Fe.

The carpets in the room are showing their age.

The location was ideal. Close to town square and excellent restaurants.

The beds were awful...liked wrapped in plastic or something.

Great price for only two blocks from the plaza. I've stayed here multiple times over the years. Nice restaurant with cozy outdoor seating. Has that 50s/60s vibe, especially with the tiled bathrooms. Usually easy to book only days before.

The place does seem a bit dated, but that is also one of its charms. Don't care for the 8 dollars to park my car in the lot in front of the rooms; just include parking in the price.

We are repeat customers because of the location, price and general good condition of the motel.

The bathroom is very dated but completely functional.

    Location and price.

Slightly shabby. The toilet in my 93 year old mother in law's room over flowed and maintenance was unable to repair it by the time we checked out.

Front desk lady was not at all helpful, mean in fact. My family and I were intimidated by her. We had a situation and needed a little help. None was given. Spoke with the General Manager who said we should of helped ourselves and that my husband was rude. This hotel has the worst customer service.

The staff: warmly welcoming, cheerfully helpful. Accommodations: clean, spacious, generally comfortable, pleasant ambiente, esp. with plantings / flowers along railings outside. Lovely swimming pool, perfect location near downtown Santa Fe.

Beds were -- for my taste -- uncomfortable, unusually soft mattresses. Coffee maker too old and worn, and broken. Truly old fashioned ice "box" needs tombe replaced.
