Score from 106 reviews Good
Parking fee and small rooms. Bathroom was freezing.
Very nice restaurant attached!
All the extra charges, including parking.
The location Low price Decent place for breakfast onsite
Condition of room Condition of furniture Discomfort of bed
We liked the extremely cordial and accomidating staff and the fact that it so close to the plaza and a short distance from hiking trails.
The problem is that the motel hasn't been upgraded for many years and that makes it a bit of a mess. We have stayed there 3 times and each time the room and bathroom smelled musty, the carpets need to be replaced and the bathrooms upgraded. Oh well. It's still a good deal!
Have to pay for parking ($9) and no breakfast ($$).
Walk distance to everywhere in the old town.圣达菲老城像欧洲，街道窄，不好停车。从酒店步行即达老城各处，可以自在游览。
Maybe because of the color of the bedding, it doesn't look very clean.
Staff were very helpful. Good shuttle service. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Further out from downtown than it appeared. Need a car. Breakfast very basic.
Location Ease Group floor room Free wifi Rooms need updating but realize if they get updated the low prices will assuredly escalate , so I'd rather have a Lowe price option
Close to plaza, Canyon rd, fair to good for the price, spacious, comfortable. Great restaurant on the property. We enjoyed staying at Garrett's
I didn't like the smell of the room, had to open the door for a long time. It smelled like wet dog mixed with insect spay.
Room Close to Old Town Close to Jalapenos (my new fav rest) Price
vintage architecture location restaurant onsite courtesy of staff
hidden costs - Parking, tax etc. shortage of ice machines
The location was excellent. So was the sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Little things left unfixed. Pool not cleaned. Not important, but irritating.
Location, location, location
no wi-fi even though they said they had it so had to go to office to use my computer.
Beds were very soft.
Right on Route 66. Friendly and helpful staff. Walk to shops, pubs, restaurants. Pool. Quiet
Could have included breakfast, especially for the price, but lots of eating choices close by.
Proximity to square and its shopping/restaurants was ideal.
Fred Flintstone slept on a similar bed.
Excellent location and value for money in expensive Santa Fe.
Would have rated "comfort" as excellent but for the fact that room 204 requires a new mattress (sagging in the middle!) - this is despite recent refurbishment of these rooms. WiFi initially good (download speed of 52Mbps), thereafter very poor. Parking for guests is not included (extra $8 a night!)
paying to park
Location, location, location. Friendly staff, very accomendating.
Walking distance to city center
Not so cosy
Being able to walk to all around downtown Santa Fe
The matresses were way too soft. One always sunk to the middle of the bed. Wi-Fi bandwidth is too small for the number of rooms.
I chose this motel due to the location and some good reviews. Check-in was fine and the room looked good at first view. There was a computer and printer as well as coffee in reception. Wifi didn't work, I had one conversation with reception but the man was very abrupt and obviously not interested. The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was saggy and dipped in the middle. The room was very noisy, someone had their TV on all night (it was still going at 5am) and was very loud. The fridge was very loud and we had to unplug it! Paying $8 for parking very mean and just a way to bump up the room rate There was no breakfast, I heard reception snap at a customer that they didn't do breakfast and didn't recommend anywhere The next morning, after a sleepless night, I was packing and noticed a fine dust on my hands, when I checked the bedside table and tops were dusty. No-one asked if we were happy when we checked out - maybe the bags under eyes gave it away!
