Old grey towels. Tired rooms need refreshing.l would hesitate to reccomend your motel due to run down condition.

Bed linen and towels were not up to standard, also bed not well made still messy under top cover. Carpet was so dirty it made your feet dirty.

The location was wonderful -- we spent 2 days roaming Santa Fe and never needed to use our car as it was convenient to walk to everything.

It was clean, the location was great.

The sagging bed was the worst, then holey blanket and thin towels. The noise from the people in the next room wasn't good. They talked loudly and we could hear every word.

Filthy carpeting and rooms not clean. Worn out super-soft mattresses, not comfortable. Debris and heavy dust under beds. Rooms/baths need major updating. Outside doors weather beaten and structurally hard to open and close.

Mattress was way overdue for replacement. It sagged terribly in the middle leading to a very uncomfortable night's sleep. (Room 104)

The location was great for visiting the downtown

The room at the motel wasn't very cleanand bright and the bed was terrible and noise thru out the night. One of the worst night at a motel in my life

Close to Plaza. Reasonable price. Comfortable room. Good check-in, check-out.

The location and exterior presentation was 1st class . The mattress (in our room at least) was very tired (saggy) and the towels were stiff and postage sized, Were these two items to be rectified, Garrett's would be a 1st class accommodation - hope they sort it out Kind regards, Tom Cameron

The location is wonderful and we appreciated being able to park so close into Santa Fe.

Although the website said free parking we would have been charged for it had we not complained. Also the mattresses need to be replaced! We had two rooms/four beds and none were very comfortable!

The location was excellent, a 5 minutes walk to the Plaza and restaurants. Staff were outstanding, particularly Leslie, Brian and Holden who made our stay very pleasant. Everything we needed was in the room, given we were out for 8-9 hours each day.

The only disadvantage was the lack of an adequate breakfast place on site. I believe they are addressing that.
