Quick check-in, late checkout at no additional charge, and the second bathroom in the two bedroom suite was a bonus that super appreciated. All staff encountered were friendly. I will definitely stay again. Honestly no negatives I can think of

The size of the room, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. Didn't partake of the supper get together but I think the idea is great. I would stay here again and will recommend to family & friends.

We enjoyed the homey feel of the room. Also the kitchen in the room was great for an extended stay. The bed was a uncomfortable woke with a back ache each day.

The price for a 2-bedroom suite; the breakfast choices; the location. It was a tad dingy; the armchair had a rather large tear on the left arm; the entry door had obviously been kicked in at one point and repaired - not very comforting...

Great modern room with full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, and oven/stove. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and utencils. Nice fireplace. Full working furnace with thermostat a huge plus. Perfect for extended stays! Lack of blankets on the bed. A comforter would be ideal instead of two sheets and a thin blanket.

Really nice, spacious, comfortable room! Icy walkways. Key didn't work and we had to walk back and forth between our room and the office three times - fortunately we weren't too far from the office. Ran out of evening food before we ate (1/2 hour before end).

The Good: 1. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. 2. The price was reasonable. I would have expected to pay more for reservation. The reservation was made room through the website: Booking.com. 3. The staff I dealt with were friendly The Not So Good (kinda bad) 1. The walkways between the buildings were not cleared of snow. It had been snowing that day,but it did not appear the steps and sideways had been shoveled. The entry ways to the rooms were ice covered and extremely slippery. 2. It was difficult for us to find our suite. We found the building without any problem but had trouble finding our suite. The outside lighting is poor. There are no signs to direct us. The room number plaques are small and are difficult to see in the dark. We were in Suite 813. The number plaque was missing. We figured we were in the right place because the key worked. 3. There was no remote control for the television. 4. The drain stop for the bathroom sink was not connected. 5. The circuit breaker tripped repeatedly while my wife was using the dry hair dryer which was provided in the room. The breaker would not initially be reset.

I loved the option of a kitchen and the relaxing living space. Having 2 bathrooms with 4 people was a blessing! All of us said we would definitely stay there again! We go to Grand Rapids once a year and this was the best facility yet! Our keys wouldn't work in the lock and we went back and forth to the office at least 3x to rectify that situation, but the staff was accommodating and cheerful. We also had snow and the stairs up to our suite got a little treacherous. Would've liked to see that taken care of more often. The breakfast was not accommodating for wheat free and dairy free options.

Room was nice and large and layed out well. Room was not clean. Closet smelled like smoke, dishes in kitchen in room had food stuck on them, freezer smelled therefore ice cubes smelled, sofa was grubby and there was a hair in the bed. Left feeling unclean and washed everything as soon as I got home.

Cold outside air was blowing through the door seal causing the room to become very cold. Even though the furnace was on the whole night, we were uncomfortably cold. The next night i asked for some blankets, and was told there were none available. One lone blanket was delivered to the room later.

The value for the money!!! Unreal! It's the least expensive hotel in GR, but also one of the most clean, comfortable, and full of amenities. I always recommend you to my friends headed that way, and no one has ever been disappointed. Don't change a thing!
