The bed was perfect room was clean great stay all-round
Parking lot could be better lit but that is the only minor thing I could come up with
EVERTHING WAS VERY GOOD
Booked a couple of days prior to arrival as I was driving back from the Oregon Coast en route to Seattle. Just needed a place to rest for a few hours. Property is located close enough to the highway to be convenient, but far enough way to avoid noise. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.
Close to the freeway. The beds were comfortable. Was a safe and clean place for me to rest. Love the free breakfast. It was a real breakfast too, not just a bagel and juice Loved that.
That I didn't get to stay longer.
rooms are clean free breakfast
pool and spa can be cleaner
Nice room and amenity.
Fireworks outside my window in a vacant lot.
Everything was great. Great breakfast choices.
The location is great - quick access to I-5 and North Vancouver. The staff is professional and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean - can use a microwave though.
For some reason breakfast was 15 minutes past the 6:00 a.m. start time, which made my 7:00 a.m. work time in Vancouver a little tight. Would help if the breakfast started on time.
The room was perfect! The staff was beyond helpful and professional and attentive!
It is very important to stay in a room where NO dogs have been due to allergies and to my delight the entire hotel is pet free. I was VERY thankful about this!
Not much breakfast was ok
Emily was at the front desk and demanded my credit card, which I told her that I had already paid on line. She told me that I had not paid. I gave her my card & she charged my card. I went up to our room and brought up my invoice with my payment. I went back to the front desk & showed this to Emily. She replied that if we destroy anything in the room, you will be charged. I ask her to print off that she had removed the 2nd charge, she stated that her printer was out of paper, I asked her to write it down for me. She was very irritated, She threw the note back at me. We will not stay with you in Vancover again.
It had a complimentary breakfast
It is now the holiday inn express they have alot of construction going on everywhere in the hotel.for what I booked online was no where close to what it described online in person.NOT satisfied at all.
Nice room and very friendly staff. Hotel is just in conversion to a Holiday Inn Express. Near good restaurants and other facilities.
would have used the stairs more but they were cleaning up that area due to flooding from a sprinkler head that was broken by a construction crew
Rates were reasonable, pool, exercise facility were clean and well maintained.
They ran out of food before 9:00...we asked if they could refill pancake machine and we were told that breakfast was almost over. The same for the coffee. No cinnamon roles. We were told they were still transitioning to a holiday inn and didn't have them yet. No refrigerators in the room.
Pool and jacuzzi
The name has been changed to Holiday Inn, which was confusing as it made it hard to find the hotel. Why did booking.com list the hotel under its old name? It doesn't make sense.
There had been a water leak that caused a lot of damage. They had blowers on all three floors trying to dry everything out. They put us as far as they could from the noise.
cleanliness, good house keeping
one of the staff was nice and courteous, one of the staff was rude and impolite. no microwave and fridge available for guests. I had kids it was so difficult
