great location if you need to move to tha airport eary in the morning reception 24/24

I stay in a lot of motels in this area. I actually was able to sleep. It was the best motel that I have stayed in in the area.

Staff was excellent in every way! Value priced luxury.

It was good value overall. Bed was good, slept well. Staff friendly and helpful, both front desk and cleaning. Shower good. Fridge and Microwave. Close to places to eat. Good tv. Nice atmosphere. Stayed here twice this month and happy to do so again. Free Airport Shuttle only 10 mins from Airport.

Breakfast ok but could be better. Getting a little tired .. chair in room worn. $50 deposit seems a waste of time. You get it refunded on check out so if there was an issue they wouldn't really know anyway.

Room has everything one could wish for, including a microwave. Location close to large street but still quiet inside. Airport pickup works nicely, just follow the "hotel shuttle" signs at the airport and call the hotel from the courtesy phone.

The room was large and comfortable, and the location was near to the airport.

The airport shuttle only went to the airport once per hour. We dropped our car off at the airport the night before we flew out, and when the car rental agent called the hotel to request a shuttle for us, the receptionist was rude and actually hung up. This was at about 10 pm on May 8th.

the pull out couch bed had no linnen and no pillows.they did give us to sheets and one pillow but they said they had no blanket available, hard to believe in a hotel.hotel? Also why did I have to give a $ 50 dollar deposit? on top of my credit card

Covered parking, king bed, Heater was relatively quiet. Room was attractive, easy chair and desk. Sink in room, separate from toilet and shower.

Remote control didn't work upon arrival-desk provided a replacement. Breakfast was minimal. Room was on El Camino so it was somewhat noisy. Charged a $50 deposit which then was re-done at checkout, which is Mickey Mouse.

The shuttle service from airport to hotel took over 2 hours!!

The hotel was clean and confortable.

The nightstaff were very helpful and able to assist in a variety of ways exceeding my expectations.

It was very difficult to figure out how to open the window and get the stifling chemical smell out of the air. I did eventually do so however.

It's was very convient location and very reasonable price. I will stay there again with no hestation.

A very convenient hotel to San Francisco airport. Very close by and very clean and welcoming. Breakfast is very basic but adequate.

It had everything I would expect from a business motel all but no work out area.

It was near the airport. The room and bed were big. The room had a fridge, a microwave and cable. It was cheap.

I thought it was strange and petty to have to leave a deposit even though they had my credit card. That's never happened to me in an American hotel. When I asked for a receipt for my deposit, the clerk seemed not to understand my concern. She just said she would put in this drawer, so I shouldn't worry. The evening clerk didn't seem to know much about the neighborhood, and the morning clerk had no idea whether the shuttle I had requested the night before was aranged. The card key and light switches were hard to use.

The front desk was friendly and tried to be accommodating The paint and general appearance of the hotel was ok I like to be able to open the windows for air.

The car wash dryer next door sounded like a hurricane when it was running. The free breakfast was one of the worst I have ever seen, very poor and meager choices, messy area, and they stop at 9:30 which is really too early. The free soap is laughable, and shampoo in small & inconvenient foil packs. No hand cream. The a/c control on the wall doesn't control anything (although it appears to be working), and we had to use the manual controls on the window unit which doesn't give the option of constant fan with heat or a/c at the same time (which is very desirable, especially with the car wash next door. You have to choose either fan and not A/C-heat, or have the fan kick on and off. The plugs to the hair dryer and coffee maker stopped working (they did get that fixed). The parking spots were extremely small, making getting in and out of the car a real effort. The room appeared fairly clean until you look under the bed or behind anything. The towels were the thinnest I have ever seen, and they only supply the bare minimum. The light controls on the bed reading lamps were hit and miss and hurt your fingers, and the lighting in general was not enough. The one switch in the bathroom turns on both the small light and the loud exhaust fan, so there is no choice, and there no heat lamp or fan available.

Parking was inconvenient. Neighborhood was kind of sleazy and dirty. There were no rooms on the ground floor so I had to carry all my heavy equipment up the stairs or elevator. I did not get a wake up call at the time requested on my last day.

The hotel is located close to the airport (about 8 minutes away by car). The hotel provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport. The room was big, quiet and clean. The front desk employees were very friendly.

The breakfast was terrible. If the price was cheaper, I would not complain about the breakfast. But the fact that we paid 223 us Dollars for 2 nights and didn't get a decent breakfast was extremely disappointing.

Breakfast buffet minimal.
