Fantastic staff all over the facility..very helpful and friendly...beautiful grounds inside and out...pool area excellent along with high quality workout facility...
we had to leave... (food was pricey)
It has everything, excellent shuttle services.
2,882 rooms, it's quite large.
Overall appearance is breath taking! A couple of employees were exceptional (Justin Tyus ( Cincinnati), Brianna (from Atlanta)
Some staff members weren't as engaging. A couple ammenities need upgraded such as bathroom exhaust (non-existing) and showers (Dated)
Location was fair to us because of it's distance to downtown
The resort is absolutely wonderful with great walking paths throughout the Atriums, great entertainment available, good food choices, friendly staff, and beautiful photo ops with all the gardens and waterfalls.....superb property, even though the multiple taxes, fees and parking are a bit over the top....and then add in all the tipping....you must be prepared for those extras.
We were not warned about down feather pillows and both my husband and I had allergic reactions. We requested new pillows twice and each time the staff brought down feather pillows.....tough mornings with swollen eyes and congestion x'3
Hotel was nice
Room was run down and needed upgrading
Expensive restaurants ,no restaurants for family's with kids
A place second to none I would know of with the same moderatly tropical embiance all year round, even in winter
The orientation within the resort can sometimes be quite challanging.
i liked the different restaurant and flowers inside the resort .
Hotel is very pretty
Toilet seat was broken , thought this should have all been perfect for a 5 star hotel
The property was nice. Lots to do as far as internment goes in the surrounding area.
There could have been a better night life in the resort it's self. Parking isn't the best. Rooms are a bit on the high side for what they are. Not that easy to get to your room with luggage.
Staff My cleaning lady Beautiful scenery Closeness to GO Opry Coffee shops
Should have a honky tonk Prices a little expensive Need more shuttles Paying for parking when you have a resort fee.
Great amenities, good restaurants and shopping areas.
Paying for parking, rooms can be far away, better view rooms and not very sound proof for the hallway door.
All the plants and waterfalls. The restaurants were also wonderful. All the staff were so friendly. It was a great little get away.
Wish we would have stayed longer.
Fuse and our room did not have the SEC Channel to watch the University of Tennessee game.
The decor is unbelievable. Valet parking if you want it ( it is expensive though) and the staff is polite. Convention center is nicely done and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. This resort has beautiful gardens and waterfalls and even a gazebo where we saw a couple get married. Two outdoor pools, an indoor pool and a spa also. It would be perfect as a honeymoon destination.
The carpet in our room was stained and needs to be replaced. We were in the Cascades section so maybe that is the older part of the hotel. The restaurants and shops are PRICEY so be prepared to spend a fortune if you eat on site.
Loved the close proximity to Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. Great onsite restaurants, bars, nightlife
Registrations process is too long over an hour wait Limited to no shuttle service to Grand Ole Opry and Mills, had to walk in the rain
The facility was beautiful. Food excellent. Enjoyed the shopping.
There was no insulation between rooms and heard a baby crying while sleeping at night.
We loved the feeling of being outside while being inside. I was lovely having my coffee on the balcony overlooking the everything.
Love the inside of the hotel
I did not like that there are so many different taxes added to your bill when you check out. All the food was outrageously expensive nothing was under 25 dollars. And for normal stuff like pop and sunscreen and tampons they are 3 the price
Fabulous facilities. Resort fee refunded for room not being made up.
Our room was not made up during the day.
The atmosphere is fun, food and drinks were good.
It was expensive for what it was, the food selection isn't large for how huge the hotel is, gift shop selection.
